The staff is very engaging, professional and interested in helping you with your goals. The trainer who helped me was very good and answered all my questions. She got me started on a good routine. The facility itself is clean and well ordered and easy to utilize with more than enough machines for larger crowds. Lots of parking, and great hours of operation. I am highly satisfied with this facility.

It's a nice gym and it was getting remodeled when I visited September 27th but it was a little crowded I worked out like around 5 p.m. and it was hard start on my next workout brother and that it was clean and well-kept

Nice clean gym. Friendly people. Was exited about joining. Dragged my self out of bed at 4am on 9/5 for only my second workout and the place is closed. Waited over 1/2 hour and now have to leave so I am not late for work. Very disappointing.

Clean facility, haven't had a bad experience yet. The guys working the front counter in the morning when I go our super cool chill and friendly. I really like the fact it's not too crowded in the mornings.

I was able to meet, and we welcomed by some of the nicest kind, a genuine ladies ! Cass was so sweet and helpful to me , she was providing an experience I haven’t found elsewhere. The gym is clean and kept up which doesn’t surprise me when they have some one so beautiful and personable inside and out. I recommend this location to anyone and her amazing staff including Destiny, Hannah, Emily, Melissa and Julissa!!
