Anytime Fitness

The gym is nice but they are continuing to charge me after I’ve cancelled. They said when I cancelled that I signed up for six months but the price was lower for six months. They misrepresented the contract lengths when signing up. I agreed to three months as I was preparing to move. They’ve charged me the last seven months and the charges vary in amount, make sure you know exactly what you agree to.

Best gym I've been to by far! I love the staff here they are outstanding with cleanliness and customer service, I have been working out here for about a year now and it has been such a great experience and family I have grown into!!! If your looking for a place where you can grow yourself unjudged by others with lots of help from people who just want to see you succeed this is the gym for you!!

This week my road warrior workouts brought me to Denton, TX. This is my sixth different Anytime Fitness in 2023. The gym was average to slightly small in size compared to other AF locations I’ve visited. All of the equipment was in working order and they had a great selection of free weights. There are 2 squat racks and, important for me, they had a hex bar for deadlifts. I visited at 4:30 in the morning, there were 6 or 7 other members working out and it felt full enough for my taste. I imagine that at peak times this place is crowded. As I was leaving at 5:30, both squat racks were full. I think I counted 6 treadmills and a few other cardio machines. There was no real floor space for stretching and my deadlifts; I ended up working out in a corner behind the TRX station. I was impressed with that the TRX station had a full set of monkey bars, but I didn’t try them out. It also looked like there was a variety of equipment that could be used outside, including a keg marked 120 lbs, kettlebells and some dirty wall balls.Overall, good location. If it were larger I’d give it 5 stars. Nothing wrong with the place except space.It was clean, there was soap in the bathrooms. Not a lot of sanitizer out though. Noticed all the weights were put away and that indicates good management and a committed membership.

Better than the Anytime in Frisco. This gym has everything one needs.

Not for black people!!!!! The doors basically need a key fob to enter and nobody that was standing at the door would open it for me, so I was locked out after I was told to come up there, I felt comfortable because there where all white people staring at me like I didn’t belong there so I left!

What can I say, I found a new home. They have for benches, 2 racks 3nough barbells and etc. Laurie and Jerod a very friendly and great people who are sheriff in there,haha glad I met great people who makes my experience all the more better in the gym.

Staff was so helpful!Have been a member for a couple of years and have never had any problems. The Denton location specifically is always clean and has a nice layout.

I've never been so committed to a gym before. I've been going everyday for the past four days and my time gets longer with each visit. Its truly no judgement here no matter what your goal is. The staff make me feel welcome and are more than happy to help me with any questions or concerns. There's plenty of equipment, a clean and comfortable environment, honestly feels like a place i can go to get away from anything. So if you've been too afraid to start going to a gym, this place will change your mind.
