I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the place has been amazing. The staff is friendly and the people working out are friendly as well. On the rare occasion that the machines do not work they are quick to get them fixed.

Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, TFF is my favorite. Staff as well as gym goers are friendly and respectful, most people wipe down equipment after use, and they really have everything you need. Highly recommend

Great equipment, good size of gym but my main concern is the course of action and responsibility of the employees at this location. I left this gym months ago and I’m still being billed monthly. I have called many times to speak with management but they are never available to speak. Also, they will make you feel guilty for leaving their gym which is totally unprofessional.

Been here for a year. Jerry is awesome and very knowledgeable. The new GM is very cool and helpful. Taro (professional coach) will get you working and he’s great. Plus my kid loves kids club. Hands down- great club

The staff is always such a pleasure to be around and work with Jerry has great customer service and will get you set up with y’all your account needs. Taro is a great personal trainer and accountability partner. It doesn’t matter if you’re a morning or evening person when it comes to the gym the staff will make you feel welcome. Not to mention the membership isn’t crazy expensive and child care is available!

This gym is clean and has most of the workout equipment that I need. I like the staff. They're very welcoming. I think Samuel is very up front and an honest solid club manager.However, the problem that I have with this gym is the kids club. To be more specific the afternoon portion of it. It's absolute chaos!! When you have more than 20 kids including small children with only one teacher. Really hard for one individual to watch over that many kids. Especially very young children under 2!I would suggest at least two members of staff in kids club Monday through Thursday. Unfortunately Aubrey doesn't have a gym. This was the closest gym/kids club to our house. If my wife and I cannot come in together and work out as we have to take one of kids out to watch them in the parking lot. It's less than ideal. North Texas is hurting for a legit gym kids club.The successful business models that EOS and mountainside fitness have in Arizona are making hand over fist money because of how great their child care section is.Unfortunately, if this is not addressed we will have to cancel our gym memberships.

This Texas Family Fitness is a very clean and friendly location, I definitely recommend to any beginners to working out or even seasoned workout veterans. They offer a lot of other amenities you don’t see in every gym. It’s very clean and the environment feels nice.

Hands down love this gym! I came from fitness connection for the child care but I love that even during busy hours you can still get to machines and everyone is so friendly. It’s also super clean! 5 stars for sure

I really enjoy This gym. It's small and not to Intimidating the staff are really nice. I feel comfortable going here.They also have the best child care room My child really enjoys that children room versus other ones at another gym. I used to go to period she actually cry when it's time to leave. Because she do not want to leave. It is the best child care room for little kids.
