I love this gym. It has rock climbing. It has everything I want. I don't have to pay for it. I own a gym and I still work out here.

Love this place. Very retro yet up to date on equipment, but a lot smaller than I thought. Not as much space in certain areas that you would think.

Just went to this place to attempt some workouts but some male employee who checked me and my sister in last time looked up our ID’s through our driver licenses since we forgot our TWU student id’s and it was OK last time but today it wasn’t ok....then he attempted to start selling us membership programs to join even though were both students of TWU students. He even pitched they were closing in 30 minutes even though on google it says it’s open till 10 pm but to him it was 8......I believe he just did not want us their stinking up their equipment on their “supposed” closing hour. LAST TIME I come to this place.

Great place to check out! They have a lounge where you can play games on Xbox or Wii. You also just watch TV or rent it out for hours at a time. They have treadmills, stationed bikes, steps, ellipticals, arm/leg euipment, weights, a gym, a climbing wall, and several fitness classes. You have to be a student to get in for "free", but you can pay a small fee to bring guests and non-students can attend as well.

A well maintained building full of lovely people who are always willing to go the extra mile for the students and guests who visit here. Equipment selection is fantastic, and the classes are taught by professionals in their many studios.

Great place for women who like to workout without many creepers around. Great staff who always greet you with warm smiles and never fail to say goodbye. Always clean locker room and showers, the custodians and staff really work their butt off to keep things running smoothly. The only negative I can think of is that unless you are a student/faculty or alumni you can't have a membership here.
