The Studio Owner/Head Trainer, Stacy, is amazing! She keeps it fun and keeps you accountable. It's also a kickass workout. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for almost a year and I love it!!! I think of it as somewhere between personal training and group class. You get a lot of individual attention and the workouts can be modified for any fitness level. I have seen great results and it is so fun!

I love the workout I get at 9Round, and it's made all that much better because of the wonderful trainers. I'm coming off an injury, and they have been so helpful in creating modifications for me so that I can still get moving without further injuring myself!

I have been a member of 9Round Uptown for over 3 years. Staci and her team of trainers are awesome! In 30 minutes you get an amazing and fun workout.

i’ve been a member of 9Round Uptown for around 2 years and I LOVE it. Staci and all the trainers are so supportive and friendly and make an effort to get to know each member, something I’ve never seen anywhere else and it keeps me motivated to keep coming back! Also, the workout I get each day there is fantastic and can all be easily modified to suit your fitness level or adjust because of injuries. The workouts change everyday and are always a good challenge! I absolutely recommend 9Round to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been going to 9Round for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! All of the trainers are so awesome and the 30 minute workouts are super effective. It’s the only type of workout I feel like I haven’t gotten burnt out on or bored of.Edit: One year later and I'm STILL loving 9Round. I spent the past year really committing to getting to the studio consistently and it has been so fun looking back and seeing how much progress I've made. Thanks so much to all the trainers for making working out fun :)
