The trainers are amazing! They make everyone feel so welcome the minute you walk into the gym. The workouts are always different, so you never get bored! 9ROUND Uptown is the best!

I've been going to 9 round for a year now and it is my absolute favorite! I LOVE starting my day there bright and early and cannot imagine my morning routine without 9 round. It starts my day on a positive, sweaty, happy, energized note and carries me throughout the day! I love that there are no class times and you just drop in whenever you want. I love that it's 30 minutes and you get in and out and feel great. The trainers are awesome and change the stations everyday so it's always new and exciting. They do a great job with modifying and adapting to accommodate injuries and work very hard to challenge each and every person to improve each day. It just feels amazing every single time!

Updating a year later - still a great workout and member of this gym. Love it!Original review 10/2018:30 minutes for a fantastic workout that combines punching with circuit-training? Yes please! What more could you want - attentive trainers, solid equipment, good music to keep you going, and an ever-changing workout. Definitely give it a try if you're wanting something new.

I love this place! Staci, Sam and all the trainers have been patient with a new bee like me and continue to encourage me every time I go! They really make you push yourself to be better. The best 30 minutes of my day (except when I’m with my family of course) are spent at 9round!!! Thank you 9round team!

Highly recommend this workout (and this location) to anyone looking for a great workout. The team that works here is so fun to work with and the more you go, the more they learn how to best push you. All fitness levels welcome -- you can tailor the workout to your own level/goals.

I wanted to update my review and thank Staci for her continued support of her members. Most notably, freezing everyone's (my) account(s) during this pandemic while I am unable to use the gym. It is much appreciated considering her business is shutdown producing zero income. I hope to be back in there soon.I've done circuit training for years but nothing involving boxing and kick boxing. The beauty is anyone can do it. It definitely works different parts of the body that I'm not hitting in other work outs. Austin and Staci are awesome, supportive, and informative. They work with you through the entire workout making you work harder and correcting your form. The members are also great and I've become friends with a few of them. .

Must check out 9Round if you are looking for a quick, fun and kick**s workout! The location on 17th has an amazing owner and group of trainers which brings in all the best people! Highly recommend for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level/goals. You can always go at your own pace but there is always an awesome trainer present to push you and guide you. Best workout in town!

9round Uptown is a great! I've been attending classes regularly for about 10 months. Staci and Sam are great trainers that challenge me everyday while still making the workout fun. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I love this gym! Everyday is challenging and leaves you soaked in sweat. Staci the owner is so upbeat and friendly. I look forward to her welcoming me when I walk in. Best 30 minute workout!
