I trained with Nick Falkenstein at FGF for about three months and had a great experience. Training with Nick helped me tremendously in recovery from recent ACL surgery and really improved my general fitness level as well. I always looked forward to our sessions and would definitely recommend Nick and this gym.

I’ve been training with FGF for about 8 months now and have been more than satisfied with the trainers and the results. On top of the great personal training they also offer yoga classes throughout the week at very convenient times, morning midday and evening. If you’re trying to get yourself moving and more active or if you already are and want to lose/gain weight, give Fight Gravity Fitness a shot I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I've been seeing Nick Falkenstein for personal training and yoga at FGF for a few months now and I feel stronger, healthier, and more in tune with my body. Nick helped me get over my initial hesitation by really working with me at my own pace. He has worked with me to help me achieve my goals and I highly recommend him!

I was looking for a personalized approach to getting fit after about 10 years of going to the gym with limited results. Within 6 weeks of working with Nick as my personalized trainer I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. The HIIT approach is extremely effective. He’s right when he talks about balance in your workouts. I recommend FGF and Nick to all of my friends.

I’ve been coming here off and on since 2016. Keep coming back no matter what it seems like even now living 30 min away. Nick is great both personally and professionally. Classes are always fun and no matter who the trainer is I always feel like I am pushed to improve. Small, tight nit community. Classes are typically 3-7 ppl so it doesn’t feel like you get lost in the shuffle.

I fell out of a fitness routine during the height of the pandemic, but FGF made it super easy to get back to it. The blend of HIIT, TRX and yoga makes the membership a great value. The owner, Nick, is super friendly and has been quick to respond anytime I’ve had questions. Couldn’t recommend enough!

FGF is a fantastic gym - if you are looking for a smaller gym with more personalized training, this is the place for you. I've been training here with Nick F. and he is wonderful! 10/10 would recommend

Nick has been an absolutely amazing personal trainer. He tailors all the workouts to my needs and does a great job of pushing me hard, changing things-up and making every session super fun! If you are looking for an awesome Fitness studio look no further!
