Nick kick started my New Years resolutions with some personal training classes then got me set up with group training classes. He really knows what he is doing and I’ve already seen results! I even brought some coworkers for a lunchtime class. Lots of variety in the training schedule has kept me improving from every class!

FGF is a game changer. I have been training with Nick for a while. I appreciate his tough love approach and flexibility. Each one of my sessions is specific to my needs and fitness goals at that given time. I like the fact that I can navigate to the studio easily and most of the time I never struggle with parking. Furthermore, I enjoy Nick's company and his dedication to moderation and consistency.

Nick is a great trainer. I've been going to him for a long time and will continue doing so. His personal training sessions are tailored to each individual's needs. Fight Gravity Fitness and Nick Butler are simply incredible! In the past, I have found it very difficult to stay consistent in going to the gym and getting healthy, but with Nick that's not an issue at all! My first workout session was completely free which I thought was a great way to see if this gym would be a good fit for me. Despite my initial nervousness about returning to working out from a long break, Nick made me feel completely comfortable and has been a constant source of encouragement and motivation ever since!The gym is the perfect size for both personal training sessions as well as group classes. It also has a lot of really cool amenities which I think are unique and that I personally enjoy. There are spots in the gym where you can leave notes of positivity or encouragement, as well as read notes left by others. There is always great music playing which helps get you into a rhythm while working out. There's even a program where you can monitor your activity level and heart rate on the mounted TV as you exercise - it's really rewarding to see yourself reach the "fire" zone! Another really cool perk I enjoy is no two workouts are the same. Nick spends time thoughtfully crafting a new workout for each PT session so that it's always something new and exciting. Personal training also includes nutrition advice and recommendations which I have found so helpful from both a cooking and accountability standpoint.So far, I have only been attending personal training sessions at FGF, but I hope to soon incorporate some boxing or yoga classes from here as well! Thank you, Nick, for getting me excited about working out again and for being such a great trainer!

I was lucky enough to get a personal training session with Nick during a short stay in Denver. I am relatively new to TRX training and Nick expertly coached me through the workout focusing on form and providing an anatomy education. I left inspired to do more TRX and yoga to improve my running. Thanks for an awesome workout and hope to see you soon!

FGF is more than just a gym - it is a fitness community. With a wide variety of classes, phenomenal trainers, neighborhood events, and monthly challenges, there is always something/someone to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. Nick and Steph do a great job tailoring workouts to injuries and promoting a balanced lifestyle. FGF has something for everyone!

In the 7 months I’ve been coming to FGF, no class has been the same old routine. I love Nick and Steph’s individual styles and the more intimate class settings. The variety of TRX, circuit and yoga is a refreshing way to change it up throughout my week. I’m looking forward to continuing to challenge myself with them.

I have been working out at FGF since May 2017. I went to get myself ready for my wedding. I have enjoyed my workouts and the people. I appreciate having a small group so there can be individual attention. I had never done TRX classes before and they can be as challenging as you make them or less strenuous if you need to back off. I will continue to workout at the gym long after my wedding is over!

Love all the classes at Fight Gravity Fitness especially Fired UP forty. It kicks my butt! The classes give you the personal training experience. Nick and Stephanie are awesome. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great work out with great people!!

Been going off and on to FGF with Nick for the past few years(had a baby in between) and always actually enjoyed going to workout no matter how early or late. Very accommodating with class time options and variety as well as other available instructors. Just an all around pleasant experience with results to boot.
