I had a great experience with the Lion Dens Resilient: Body & Mind program. I joined the program last year when I was just starting to get back into fitness and health, and even though I was only there for a short time, it helped kickstart and revitalize my fitness journey.I have to say that Sarah Martin, the coach of the program, is truly wonderful. She's very caring and it's clear that she cares a lot about her clients. Her dedication to her clients' well-being was evident from the very beginning, and I found it to be incredibly motivating and inspiring.I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a supportive program, and definitely give Sarah credit for helping me kickstart my fitness journey and getting to where I'm at today.I highly recommend this program to anyone who's looking for guidance and support on their fitness journey. And to Sarah, thank you so much for being such a wonderful coach!

This place is fantastic but I love the people. I've done some work with Sarah Martin and she gets it. She listens to what I am looking for and creates a plan around that. We started with a mobility assessment and continued on from there. If anyone is looking to step into their fitness goals, this is the place to do it, Sarah is the person to work with. I love Lions Den! Ever since joining this gym about a month ago, I felt very motivated to come to group classes almost every day. There are classes offered in the early morning, at noon and in the evening - good, varied range of different options. Each class is a perfect mix of challenging and fun, and they’re never the same, so it never gets boring! I really enjoy the kettlebell flow and mace workouts led by amazing coach Sarah Martin, it’s awesome to learn new movements and see what your body is capable of. The strength training classes helped me to improve my form and feel more confident lifting heavier weights. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. Thank you!

We’ve been looking for a gym in our area for some time, and feel so lucky to have found Lions Den. It is by far the best gym I’ve been to that truly focuses on proper form and also mobility. Each instructor is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The programming is great and the small class size allows for individual attention in a group setting. We truly feel like we’ve found a supportive community and look forward to our workouts!

Lions Den is hands down the best gym I’ve joined. I’ve worked out in traditional gyms for over 10 years and tried CrossFit for a couple years; it wasn’t for me, but I found I enjoyed the group class/session structure. Enter Lions Den — the classes are led by very knowledgeable and attentive trainers, and the top-notch programming is great for both anaerobic strength and cardio conditioning. If you’re at home with free weights (kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells) and like going heavy, there’s plenty of that, unlike a lot of other popular group gym classes. If you’re new and a bit nervous with free weights, the coaches will get you up to speed, and the community is very supportive and welcoming. I joined Lions Den for the knowledgeable coaches and excellent programming emphasizing strength and movement, and I stuck around for the fantastic community. Give it a try!

This gym has changed my perspective on how to work out. The classes are fun and creative with a heavy focus on mobility rather than just lifting heavy. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will help you modify any exercises if you have injuries. Kim, Sarah, and Ian are all incredible teachers and I always look forward to the classes they have planned.

I love coming to Lions Den. There are so many things I enjoy about this gym. Specifically:- The coaches, staff, and owners are approachable, knowledgeable and motivating. I always appreciate their advise/corrections to prevent injuries.- The other members are super friendly and make coming to group fitness classes fun.- The gym itself it the cleanest gym I have ever stepped into and the equipment is well maintained.There are so many other things about this gym that make it amazing. Group classes at Lions Den have become my favorite part of the week. If you're on the fence about joining, DO IT!
