All the workouts at the orange theory Fitness facilities are out-of-this-world! The classes are unique and very challenging. The instructors are upbeat helpful and very friendly. I have tried out several different gyms but this one is so unique! I highly recommend the Wash Park Center or the Glendale Center.

I have been going to Orange Theory in Wash Park for the last 4 mo. and have had a great experience. I especially love classes when Kailey or Danielle coach. They make the instructions really clear while keeping up the fast pace that OTF is known for. They are precise with the timing when they say, “15 seconds left!” and it is clear that they are 100% engaged in everyone being safe, getting a butt kicking workout and everyone having a good time. Thank you ladies!

This was my first workout in altitude and I felt very encouraged and supported by everyone from the coach to the staff. They even gave me a souvenir to take home with me! I like that they have towels in the showers at this location too. Loved my visit to the Washington Park OrangeTheory!

I have heard a lot of great things about Orange Theory, so I decided to sign my boyfriend and I up for a class to see if this is the workout program for us. It was everything we wanted and more! While it is a tough work out, it is very comprehensive and leaves you feeling like you got your money's worth. I immediately signed us up for the unlimited passes and plan to start making it part of my weekly routine with 3 days per week!

Great workouts, great people. I LOVE what OTF does for my overall fitness. Combined with a basic high-protein diet (more below), I've lost weight, gained muscle and energy, and become much more capable and happy. They're even really adaptable. All weight/body weight exercises that might strain joints have mods to reduce impact. You run and row at a pace reflecting your current level of fitness. And they're friendly! The staff here are just great. (Like any gym, some patrons are friendlier than others, but I've never been treated with anything other than respect. Everyone is always cool with everyone else there.)(A bit more about my diet. I got this from a nutritionist but it's so easy to follow I just do it on my own now. Get a free app like MyFitnessPal, but increase your protein to ~30-35% of daily calories. Then just find high-protein recipes, foods, and snacks you'll actually eat. I love using my Instant Pot to make 4-6 meals at a time. And buy protein powder at CostCo; the savings on that alone will pay for the membership. Get a digital food scale—$10 online—to measure your ingredients.Try to hit your macros—protein, fat, carbs—but don't sweat it if you're off sometimes. Try to stick to the calorie limit, but accept that you'll mess up sometimes. Just get back with it the next day. You'll start to notice which foods fill you up and which leave you hungry for more. And once a week, have a cheat meal. ANYTHING you want to eat for an hour or so. Don't skip this! It resets your metabolism so your body doesn't think you're starving. But only one. You'll really appreciate it! The rest of the time, the protein keeps you really full on fewer calories.)

Best orange theory I’ve been to. Trainers are super motivating, special shout out to Derrick who’s music is always on point. Loooove it. Well worth the money IF you go more than 3 times a week.

I’ve been doing OTF for 3 years and this is the best location/staff. Derick & Stephen are awesome - they do a great job actually COACHing you through the moves and offer encouragement - sic music too!

I find this workout to be motivating and fun. Great people teach and go to the ones on south broadway and washpark in Denver, these are my favorites...getting back into shape in my 50s and after having 2 surgeries in a row last year hasn't been easy but I always feel stronger after my classes here.

All of the coaches at OTF Baker are fun, encouraging, and have a bomb playlist.
