You cannot go wrong with any trainer at OTF Wash Park. They are all energetic, helpful and push you to do your best! The staff at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful. I love the community I have found at OTF Wash Park! It has made me stronger and more fit and it is more than just a place to work out, it is also a support system. I highly recommend this studio!

I was never one to enjoy working out aside from going hiking or the occasional bike ride. When I turned 32, I realized I was gaining weight despite eating fairly healthy. I saw an ad for OTF Wash Park and decided to give it a try. I've been there for over a year now and am down 10 lb and feel awesome. I see a difference in my body and in my energy levels. The staff, both desk and trainers, are amazing. They make every effort to get to know each member, which is no small feat when some of the classes sell out (which they do because it's that awesome). They make me feel like a part of the family. Can't say enough positive things about OTF Wash Park.

OTF provides consistently challenging and ever-changing workouts that help me feel accomplished after an hour session. The shifting focuses of each class and different styles of training brought in by the Wash Park coaching staff keep my mind and body from plateauing during my workouts. Thank you OTF Wash Park for providing such a fun, upbeat atmosphere for my workouts!

Craving something a little diversity to the typical routine of my "Big Box" Gym, I decided to take advantage of Orange Theory's Free Visit Free.I started out on the treadmill where I felt natural. After all, I spend 4 times per week training for endurance. Because of this, I felt a little skeptical about the results.Orange Theory's routine did a great job breaking up the routine, incorporating 1/4 mile "on" and 1 minute walk -- This carried on for 23 minutes. My group then switched to the "floor"; alternating between "stations" and rowing. I felt strong and energized, which quickly drained as the routines went on. I wasn't drained for any reason other than Orange Theory's routine pushed me and I challenged myself.I will definitely be back. I enjoyed the Orange Theory model enough to be intrigued and I definitely enjoyed the alternative to my typical gym routine. However, I am not in a position where I will be cancelling my typical gym membership -- This will be an addition.

I love Orange Theory Wash Park. All of the trainers are so nice and helpful! We also love the front desk staff. I've been taking classes for 5 months and I love the results.

Stopped in to try a class. Decent workout. Accidentally left my nice sunglasses and promptly called to confirm they were turned in at the location. After arriving a few days later, the sunglasses had mysteriously disappeared. For over 3 weeks I continued to call the location only to have employees make excuse after excuse as to where my sunglasses had disappeared to. Eventually I was told that I was just out $140 sunglasses and there was nothing they could do. It was only after I emailed the GM that my sunglasses turned up. Not to mention, the GM/Owner never responded to my email, but instead had one of the employees reach out to me. I'm not one to give my business to un-trustworthy people. I would err on the side of caution when leaving personal items or dealing with some of the disrespectful people at the location.

Great trainers, clean facility, friendly staff. Availability of classes is pretty good, though at peak times, you sometimes need to book a couple days in advance.

I enjoy the variation and the quick pace of the workout. I am motivated by the trainers, and I love the Group Fitness atmosphere
