I've been going for almost 3 years and no two workouts have been the same. It's heart-rate based so you work to your own capacity and the coaches give modifications to tailor to your ability or injury, too. Union Station/LoDo has a great community and each coach brings something different (music especially!) which also keeps it interesting.

I have been on a long, long quest to find the right fitness class for me and I can confidently say that OTF is the one! I've been going to 3 classes every week since the studio first opened and I absolutely love it. I actually started on the opening day of the Lodo Studio. The workout focuses on three pieces: treadmill, water rowers, and floor workouts. The intervals and the workouts change every class, which really keeps things fresh and fun. It really is the most effective, one-hour workout that provides cardio, strength, and endurance workouts.. The membership, which I have, lets you go to any studio - this is incredibly convenient because I can go to one studio during the week near my work, one on the weekends near my home, and even find one to go to when I'm on vacation. The trainers are all incredibly helpful and motivating, the music is great, and the overall atmosphere keeps me coming back. Not to mention I've seen more results than I have with various other workouts. They also have great apps that allow you to book classes on the go and keep track of your goals and workout summaries. I definitely recommend checking out the Union Station studio, which offers free first classes.

Love working out here. The workouts are intense but also quick at only an hour long. Trainers are very friendly and focus on your health and injury prevention. Plus, amenities are always clean

Love this place and their workouts! It's so nice to have a variety of formats in one workout although you use the same equipment in each session, the workouts change daily. It never gets easier but you do get better!

What’s not to love about OTF Union Station? The location is perfect if you live or work downtown. The facility is great, the staff is fabulous, and the coaches and other members have such great energy! OTF has helped me achieve fitness goals that seemed out of reach. WARNING: It is an ADDICTION! Once you go.. you will never look back. Take my advice: GO!

I love Orange Theory! Can't get enough of this high intensity workout. The energy is amazing and the people are super encouraging! Everyone goes at their own pace according to their heart rate so you never feel the pressure to do more than you are comfortable with!

Challenging and it allows you to easily track your effort level and get competitive if you like. The instructor also made a great effort to show me around and adjust some of the exercises for me as I am recovering from surgery and am not able to go all out yet.

I started working out at orangetheory about 2 1/2 years ago and quickly became addicted to the great variety, high energy, and challenging workouts! I had never really worked out before so having a trainer encourage, push, and motivate me has helped shred extra pounds and become in best shape of my life.

Everyone is so friendly. I love the variety and the structured workouts. Even on days I go in feeling low on energy and motivation, thinking I'll just go through the motions to keep my routine going, I end up pushing myself hard, sweating profusely, and leave class feeling amazing. Thanks for all you do, OTF!
