I've been with Orange Theory almost 3 yes and this location specifically for over a year. I love the coaches and the workouts have referred a handful of business to this location bc of their help and support that they give their clients!

OTF is a great workout. I had some issues with my membership and information provided by the front desk at this location, but the General Manager was able to get this sorted out eventually.

I 💙💙💙 the orange theory workout and the great energy the instructor brings to the class --the soft orange lighting is very flattering and the music keeps you going ! If I could afford to go each week, I would !! …

I like... LOVE the workout at OTF Lodo - Denver because it's feels personalized, but not overwhelming or like I am in the spotlight (like when working with a personal trainer). The staff and coaches are awesome. The atmosphere is non-judgmental, full of energy, and I feel at the end of each session that I have done something great for myself!!!! so I keep coming back.

Have been coming for a few months now. I really feel in better shape. This is a young crowd, and I'm a bit older (50's) and was really, really out of shape when I started. But everyone is welcoming and the coaches are highly motivating! I love Jake and Patience!

An awesome experience! Kat (our trainer) ran an absolutely amazing class and pushed me to breaking point! Her music selection was off the hook!! Best group work out I've ever done anywhere in the country. Can't wait to get back there ASAP to get demolished again..!
