Love working out here. The workouts are intense but also quick at only an hour long. Trainers are very friendly and focus on your health and injury prevention. Plus, amenities are always clean

I have been on a long, long quest to find the right fitness class for me and I can confidently say that OTF is the one! I've been going to 3 classes every week since the studio first opened and I absolutely love it. I actually started on the opening day of the Lodo Studio. The workout focuses on three pieces: treadmill, water rowers, and floor workouts. The intervals and the workouts change every class, which really keeps things fresh and fun. It really is the most effective, one-hour workout that provides cardio, strength, and endurance workouts.. The membership, which I have, lets you go to any studio - this is incredibly convenient because I can go to one studio during the week near my work, one on the weekends near my home, and even find one to go to when I'm on vacation. The trainers are all incredibly helpful and motivating, the music is great, and the overall atmosphere keeps me coming back. Not to mention I've seen more results than I have with various other workouts. They also have great apps that allow you to book classes on the go and keep track of your goals and workout summaries. I definitely recommend checking out the Union Station studio, which offers free first classes.

I've been going for almost 3 years and no two workouts have been the same. It's heart-rate based so you work to your own capacity and the coaches give modifications to tailor to your ability or injury, too. Union Station/LoDo has a great community and each coach brings something different (music especially!) which also keeps it interesting.
