I have gone to a couple studios in Denver and I always choose to come back to this studio. The staff and coaches are consistently amazing, encouraging, and make it easy to want to keep coming back

Love orange theory so much!!! It is literally addicting. It somehow makes working out so fun. All of the coaches are awesome. I especially love the lift 45 classes and 2Gs. Took a month off from an injury so it was wild coming back and feeling how sore my body was again. Just shows how much it works!

The Coaches & Staff are all amazing. Makes you feel welcome and pushes you to do better. Best team I have had here and I have been going here since 2017 with a pandemic break ;)

I went in for an introductory class a Sunday a few weeks ago & did not appreciate the way I was treated while there. I arrived 10 minutes early to the class, & although I know they advised to arrive 15, I felt like 10 minutes was not too far from that & was still allowed to take the class. I honestly wish they would’ve told me I couldn’t take the class if it was that important to them for me to have introduction to the machines because the way that I was spoken to & avoided during the class is crazy. I was treated like a child, scolded at for not looking up when I could not hear in such a loud room, told to move faster from the weights to the treadmill when I was cleaning the weights as instructed because she had to show me the simple buttons on the machine. I did enjoy the class, but if you’re not going to provide an equal experience as others since I was 5 minutes late, just don’t let me into the class & don’t expect me to want to sign up after what should’ve been a great first impression.

Great sense of community at this orange theory location. Really enjoy taking classes from all the instructors and enjoy how clean they keep the facility.

Rude and unwelcoming. I signed up for a one day pass online and proceeded to the studio like the email directs. Upon arrival the woman told me I could not take the class unless I was 30 min early. I was 10 min early, which is more than reasonable and 30 min was never mentioned on the website. I’m a member at another orange theory (moving near this one) so I didn’t need a tour or additional information. She was very rude and unwelcoming. Don’t go here

I love the intensity. It's so much better than any workout I would get on my own. The amount of time at each station is generally about right for me, and the coaches provide good structure and motivation when it's wanted.

When I called to schedule my first (free!) class, I spent a few minutes on the phone with Becca, telling her my fears and asking numerous questions about what to expect. I hadn't formally worked out in many years, and never in a group setting like Orangetheory Fitness before. I had a lot of questions and she put my mind at ease, and helped me figure out what clothes to wear, how intense it might be, etc. She also suggested that I come to the class 30 minutes early so that we could run through equipment and the Orangetheory concept in general. I'm so glad I did that, as I got to spend time with Jill going over my goals and expectations. It was honestly a very low pressure situation, and I enjoyed speaking with these women. My first class was with Troy the instructor, and he was outstanding. His music tastes and mine are aligned to Fast Paced 80s, which was perfect to get me pumped up! I do believe that the nature of the music played by individual instructors will affect my intensity and enthusiasm at each workout.Although I was sore later that day and the following day, I was ready for another class 2 days after my first. I found myself craving the feeling of being there again. If you're thinking at all about trying it, just do it.

Coach Jackie is the absolute best. She pushes you beyond your limits and encourages you to give that extra bit every time. All the staff in the front are so welcoming and put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door. It really feels like home here.

Love that every workout is different! OTF Lowry has AMAZING coaches! Front desk is so nice, helpful and accommodating. Never thought I'd love going to workout but I truly love OTF. Coming up on 1 year and definitely making progress in my heath goals!
