After moving to Colorado for school, was worried that OTF wouldn’t be the same without my coaches back home. This studio CHANGED that. They focus on actually knowing people’s names and while I’ve been to many OTF studios (and tried 4 in the Denver area before making this choice), I’ve never seen such excellent customer-focused support. What a difference it makes when you feel known and in a community - this studio uniquely does that.

Customer service killed this experience for me. Happy to have found a gym that has the same classes with better equipment and a lot more to offer for only $40 a month
