It's a lot of the same people at classes. Instructors are upbeat. The gym is really clean and spacious compared to others. I like that not all classes are full and I can schedule last minute if needed. Location is easy with lots of parking.

After attending OTF Glendale twice, the associates at the check-in desk greeted me by name. Now they know where I prefer to start my workout. The trainers push attendees individually, trailering personal comments throughout the class to ensure that all attendees get the most out of their workout. I don’t have much time in my schedule to work out, and OTF Glendale makes sure that I get the most out of it!

I love Orange Theory but this morning while visiting this studio I got kicked out of an empty gym, just prior to a class I paid for, ....for stretching. The manager would not let me be in the gym to STRETCH. She made me go into the crowded lobby. No one was in the gym, I wasn't interrupting a class, and it was just prior to the class I was registered for. I have never had this happen before and frankly, if you are not going to be supportive to your clients while they get ready for your class then you are alienating them. I liked the teacher, it was a good class as usual. It was my third time in a week visiting that studio! They lost my business because of this interaction.

I love these workouts. The coaches are upbeat and help you push through everything. The group environment makes you feel like you aren't alone in the effort. It's the best 60 minute workout around.
