Extremely happy with the quality and variety of classes. Love the heated rooms as well. The pilates and yoga are my favorites so far. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. If workout classes are more your style than a traditional gym, this is a great place because of the variety offered.

I’ve been going to Trufusion for about a month now. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the environment that every class brings. Having the unlimited packages, give you an unlimited amount of choices. You can try new classes to figure out more of what you enjoy!

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and absolutely love it. It is super easy to book classes on their app. Parking is free and easy in a nearby parking structure. The instructors are top notch and there is a wide wide variety of classes. Before going here I hated working out, but I finally found a studio and classes that work for me.

Fabulous studio and location. The staff are friendly and the instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm is contagious. The Trufusion approach to fitness integrates yoga and pilates moves into almost every class. The workouts are very challenging. I feel stronger and more balnced because every class thoroughly works each muscle group to exhaustion. I highly recommend if you are serious about getting into excellent shape.

I really enjoyed the membership I had at tru-fusion. My favorite part was the variety of class options! I could choose a class each day that felt right. Some days that was the foam rolling yoga (my fav). Other days it was pilates or the weighted classes!

I've been going to TruFusion for several months now. It's been my go-to gym for classes - especially yoga. The instructors are phenomenal, receptionist are so kind and there's a true community feel! Shout out to the yoga instructors - Kris, Tawny, Patricia... etc. Their classes are fantastic and they truly care in growth of their students. Thank you!!

My friend talked me into coming to the Trigger Point Recovery Yoga class and after reading the description, I was sure I was going to die, but since I said I would go, I did. Well, that Trigger Point Recovery class is my FAVORITE!! Yes, it seems intense to be at 100°F and 40% humidity but at that heat, your muscles relax and you can stretch more. You also foam roll and then stretch again. This is EXACTLY what my body needs. I do wish it was offered at other times besides 1015a on Mon and Thurs because it's hard to get to if you have a typical 8a-5p schedule.I also like their Vinyasa and Yin classes. I have taken their cycle class, but I love their yoga classes hands down!
