This is a great gym. Even as I had to cancel for unrelated reasons, Stephanie Guffey was patient and helpful on multiple occasions. Thoroughly enjoyed the classes and instructors. Highly recommend

Cool studio. Fantastic location. Friendly front desk. Would recommend it to try at minimum. But just to give an honest perspective; truly one of the worst hot yoga classes I have taken. I was thinking “when will this be over”. I work out at a few Denver studios (Barry’s, Viv cycle, soul cycle) so I do have high expectations. The instructor would call you out in front of everyone directly rather than subtly. If “I’m standing by you, you need to…” Very robotic. Zero “yogi” voice, not soothing at all. Lights on and bright??? Instructor wasn’t practicing on a mat which means you can rely on verbal cues or others in the class, not in sync at all. And there is something not meditative when you keep using the word meditative. Just not a warm and connected practice at all. They also take your drivers license for the whole first class, very strange they need to hang on to that. I forgot mine walking out and had to drive back. Really unnecessary thing to do that no other studios I have been to do.

Whether on the phone, email or in-person, they are welcoming, kind, encouraging, informed & available to answer any questions and guide through the experience and studio. On top of the excellent customer service, the instructors are fantastic. I practiced with 3 different ones, all with unique styles focused on strength, balance & mindfulness.Love this studio- absolutely would recommend!

Amazing place, great atmosphere, kind and highly skilled instructors. I love the yoga classes and sprinkling in some full body workouts throughout the week. Only thing I wished for was more late night classes, I can only workout at night and the latest classes are 6:45.

Trufusion is a space for everyone. While its prime facility may be the reason to bring people in, it is the dedicated teachers that keep us going! I did my yoga teacher training at Trufusion and it has completely changed my life. Cat, the …

I started off with the 30 for 30 deal and was quickly hooked. A week into my trial month I realized I wanted to become a member. The location is clean, the atmosphere is fun, and the members are very nice. I love that there are a lot of different types of classes for beginners, intermediate and for those who are more seasoned in their practice. I highly recommend TruFusion if you’re looking for a place to have fun while getting fit!

TruFusion is a great, clean place to work out. The variety of classes is amazing and the facilities are top notch. I love that they do a tremendous job cleaning the studio and equipment after every class.I’ve also lost 20 lbs over the past 3 months which Tru has played a major role.

Trufusion is a beautiful facility with excellent instructors and staff! They are always adding new and unique classes to the schedule. My only objection is the majority of classes I attend are 90+ degrees heat and 40% humidity, not just hot yoga. It's a personal preference, so if you like the heat, you will love TruFusion!

The team at TruFusion Denver is absolutely incredible! Attentive, on point, and world class. I’ve never taken better Yoga classes and love the variety of heated and non-heated classes. If you love classes, look no further - this is it! Boxing, boot camp, kettle bells, barre, yoga, cycling, etc it’s amazing!
