Best gym in Des Moines!! I’ve gotten amazing results by attending classes here! It’s a beautiful clean space with so many fun classes, equipment, and teachers! It’s family owned with amazing resources and opportunities! I will recommend Aptitude to everyone!!

I have been doing Golden Girls for at least 6 yrs. I feel so much better physically,mentally,and spiritually. Our teacher is experienced in her job of teaching seniors. I have become stronger in my all around body, particularly my upper body which we know is a weak area for women. The environment of the gym is welcoming and peaceful. I’m so happy that I have found the Aptitude Gym…..
