Had a terrible experience with Jamie the Athletic Director at this location. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend to anyone else.Update: the owner seems to have replied and apparently people don’t travel? Also trying to associate me with something else regarding the Athletic director I mentioned? Seems like she has troubles at work and outside of work. Very strange reply and accusations. Clearly not a healthy work environment and lack of professionalism from the owner.

Hands down the best gym in the metro area. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in a lot of different states, these guys constantly upgrade machines, barbells and equipment. Couldn’t be happier. Pro Military and Police, great place for everyone. Quality environment.

Top of the top I mean this place rocks becoming a member gets you all the classes you want and if you’re asking me that is more than worth the money even without doing a single class you’re still going to get your moneys worth there’s a huge selection of free weights and machines hell there’s even a sauna, I would highly recommend (if you didn’t already get that haha)
