I’ve had many gym memberships in the past and it never seems to fail that I never want to go. HOTWORX is the first gym that I’ve felt makes it so easy to workout, the heat from the saunas give me life! It’s 24/7 I literally have no excuse… I enjoy switching up my workouts daily and the app allows me to do just that. It’s a great place to workout and I’m so happy this gym came to West Des Moines!

I love Jen (the owner) and her team. They make me feel so wanted and appreciated. I have worked out in several other boutique fitness gyms (“color” theory, well known boxing gym that has a 10 week challenge, etc.) in the same 5 mile radius and they never cared if I was a member or not. Plus Hot Worx is a fraction of the price!The workouts themselves are wonderful. They help me sweat like crazy and I can feel the burn (in a good way) for days after. I also love the flexibility of the workouts starting every 15 minutes. I can not say enough great things.

Working out has honestly never been easier or more convenient. I used to dread going to the gym. I absolutely love the environment, the staff, the layout and the workouts. I appreciate the variety of workouts available, and how each one targets a specific part of your body. I also feel a huge difference working out in infrared heat! I am seeing results much faster than working out traditionally. My husband and I will continue going permanently!! 👏🏻

I absolutely love the great workout you get in a short amount of time and the heat/infrared leaves me feeling painless and like I accomplished a result driven workout. The staff at Hotworx Clive is so friendly & encouraging and answers any questions I have. I'm thrilled to have a place I look forward to going to and when I signed up I knew I had ample time to make my decision as to whether it was for me or not. What's not to LOVE about this studio!!!!

I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to handle working out in the sauna as I don’t like to be hot. However, I love the refreshed feeling I get after working out in the sauna with infrared heat. I like knowing I can get a great workout in a short amount of time. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and encouraging. The 24 hour access makes it possible to always get your workout in no matter your work schedule.

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!! It’s the perfect place for busy moms like myself!! I used to have to either get up before the sun to workout or have to skip.. we’ll here I can go with the flow of the day and get a workout in EVERYDAY!!! It burn so many calories in a fraction of the time with the 3D training! I can tell my skin is better, my PT can tell my inflammation is much better, and I’m seeing results! I’m just getting back into working out after a tendon repair, and then a car accident 🙄 and let me tell you some days I just do my own thing because that’s all I can do, BUT im still burning 150+cal just being in the sauna and stretching/foam rolling! And the staff… AMAZING!!! They are so beyond helpful and friendly!! I could go on and on, just come try it and see for yourself! Even if you love your current workout, this is a great addition to your current routine! You will get the detox, skin benefits and stretching to improve your current workout! Oh and did I mention it’s 24/7🙌🏼

Love the workouts and that I can do it on my own schedule. Staff was super friendly and informative. Answered all of my questions and gave me a great tour so I knew how to work the facility on my own during non-staff hours. So far, so great! Glad to have a different type of workout in the metro!
