Jake has been an outstanding weightlifting coach. I joined him four months ago and I have learned and improved more in that time than the almost 7 years that I have been part of the sport. He is really knowledgeable, patient and has great communication skills.His programming is also excellent, I do most of my workouts at home and meet him in person once a week.If you are new or seasoned and want to improve your strength or weightlifting , Jake is hands down the coach for you.

Jake is an amazing coach & person. He has helped improve my technique, build strength and give me coping suggestions for my anxiety toward heavy lifts. He is patient and is able to break everything down so you understand, and if you don't understand the first time he will continue to try and give different cues to help you grasp it. He's also funny and fun to work with so lifting (and accessory work) doesn't seem like a chore; it helps keep the fun in lifting.
