TL;DR this location is under new ownership and I would not recommend OTF anymore. For the price, there is much more value at Lifetime (marginally cheaper) across the street or Genesis on Mils Civic for a fraction of the price. This location was wonderful under previous ownership, it felt like a local business with a family atmosphere. I was a member for 5 years, 3 of which were solely because I didn’t want to leave the OTF Family. Some of the changes certainly could be for the better, but the way that they have come in and bulldozed the member experience in about a month is jarring and clearly shows that they aren’t considerate of the existing members and staff. The people have been what has made this business what it is, and that is very much gone for me. There is no way that the workouts or facilities are worth the extreme prices they charge.

I like how each workout is different-floorwork, weights, rowing, and treadmill. The music is awesome, and the coaches are great and very encouraging!

It is a great workout. I thought it would get easier, but you just keep working harder -- getting into better and better shape. Probably the cheapest health insurance available.

Love coach Alaina’s enthusiasm and the overall spirit of the gym! I haven’t ever pushed myself as far as I have here. I love seeing my heart rate zones change and taking my workout to the next level .
