Started going in 2020 after an especially glutinous Thanksgiving week. Hadn’t gone to a workout class in years. Wasn’t as intimidating as I thought. Trainers and staff are super supportive. The first class was free if you are on the fence and want to check it out.

Please do not sign up for Title Boxing. They are predatory in their practices and will not let you cancel your account without harassing you.

Had my first lesson today and was astounded at the intensity. Super tough workout, and I was starting to feel the burn during the warmup. Bear in mind to go at your own pace as if you try and keep up with some of the other people you will wear yourself out really quickly. Definitely not a class for people who are out of shape completely. More for people who are sort of in shape looking to really get at it. My biggest complaint was that while they showed how to punch prior to the class starting, there was no additional guidance during. I definitely felt my form slip as I tired and could have used more help.
