I love this studio. Lindsay is a great instructor and I always leave a class feeling emotionally and physically fortified. Fave studio in Des Moines!

I dropped in for a few classes here to try it out and I was very impressed! The instructor was kind caring and listened to me about my pain! I would come here again!

Twice now I’ve booked a class through ClassPass, then arrived and nobody is here. I called after the first time, figuring class was cancelled for low attendance, and requested a refund. No call back. Tonight I came to another class. Same thing. Nobody’s here. So I double checked the schedule on their website and the ClasPass schedule and the schedule on their website are totally different. I’ve now lost an hour of travel time and two classes worth of money, and still I have gotten no response from them via phone, email, or otherwise. I’m sure it’s just an administrator error, but when people from the local yoga community are losing time and money because the studio is disorganized… that’s way uncool.

My experience here has been incredibly nurturing, welcoming and meditative. Kristopher has a wonderful and light energy about him. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very cute & great vibes. Did the Full Moon Flow, had tea, and pulled tarot as well. Def will be back again!

Best yoga studio I've ever been to. You'll get a great stretch or workout, depending on the class, and all of the teachers are wonderful. But more importantly, you'll leave feeling more mindful and "reset". Lindsay, the owner, is an especially loving person and will make you feel welcome and comfortable. They sell cute, affordable clothes in the back of the studio and hold tons of outdoor events-- all the little extras they do so well make it such a great experience to be part of their community. Can't recommend enough!

Wow. Not enough amazing things to say about this place. All the instructors and Lindsay, the owner, are amazing human beings. Most of the classes are donation based which is so nice as a student. They provide a peaceful, nonjudgmental, and safe place to practice yoga. I am by no means an experienced yogi and I felt so at ease here! They offer classes for everyone from beginner to advanced and even barre classes! Also, they have a little shop in the back with the cutest clothes, accessories, candles, etc.If you are visiting or live in the DSM area you got to check them out!!!

I experienced a wonderful pleasant, healing, and strengthening of magical yoga on the peninsula of Blue Heron Lake at Raccoon River park. A beautiful blue green aura of love, life, and Earth, Water, Sky, and peaceful energy engulfed us all in a non-judgemental way. Everyone was guided to be uniquely themselves no matter the skill level. It was so very much what I needed and was truly guided to that moment by the most powerful force in the universe. I am blessed to have been in such great people. The people that were there are MY kinda people.

I've only been a few times but each time has been great! I love that she host specialty classes that are fun and different so I know I can go and get even more than just yoga. I attended a gratitude journaling and yoga class around Thanksgiving and it was so great! Very calming but also a solid challenge. Lindsay makes every person feel welcomed so I think this would be a great space to start your yoga journey, if you're looking for an inclusive and welcoming environment that is novice friendly. With that being said, it seems great for all other levels too. I highly recommend dropping in! I have signed up each time via The Drop app and it's been extremely easy.
