Good workout. Warm up and cool down needed help. Trainer wasn't very welcoming. Music was so loud I couldn't really hear the clock countdown or the trainer yelling into the microphone. Great music but a little loud. Trainer also didn't explain the clock so I had to ask someone mid workout. Maybe I just couldn't hear him over the music. Really need to work on warm up and cool down, especially cool down. Hardly any stretching, more just chatting.

I have been going to a gym on and off and was never consistent with any gym routine. I have been coming to Suda for the last 3 months and I will continue to come. I come about 4 times a week and I love that I can come for a 50 minute work out and feel like I’m doing something. The class starts with a warm up and then the trainer introduces the workout stations for the day. Monday’s are leg day, Tuesday upper body, Wednesday is core, Thursday is full body. Those are the classes I usually come to. You start in a station and then you rotate. Throughout the workouts the trainers walk around to help you with your form and encourage you. I enjoy coming to Suda after work everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I first came with a 7 day free trial and stayed after that so if you want to try it out you should definitely check out their website for the 7 day free trial details.
