This is exactly what you need!!! I've never had more fun exercising & being pushed to my limits. No matter what shape or size you are know that everyone starts somewhere and stick with it. You will be impressed with with how much you're capable. The entire staff and all of the coaches are extremely helpful and will get you on track to being in tip top fighting shape.

Years later and they still respond to negative reviews with an escape goat response . Every negative review they blame the customer just like the owner did years ago .. here’s some advice if you don’t want to give people good customer service don’t own a business that relies on customer service . The entire BBF crew is amazing. The beginner MT class is challenging and fun, and Cruzan does a great job accommodating every skill level and making everyone feel welcome. Glad I tried the free class all those months ago!

I joined up with Bangkok Boxing in February and I've loved it ever since. I lost ten pounds in less than two months, met some great people and awesome coaches.San, Marshall, Max and Thomas are always a joy to train with and learn from. Whether you want to compete or just want to get in shape, I highly recommend Bangkok Boxing!
