I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years or so and it’s a good gym. Has everything I use. I just wish they would include a stair master. The issue I have is this stupid teens between the ages of 14-19 get to workout for free for the summer…. Very inconvenient for the members paying. The gym is full, and it’s a small gym. Overly crowded now.

Canceled my account in May and I was still being charged as of August. Customer service told me I would need to go to the location to settle the billing issue. The manager, I did not get her name but she had blonde curly hair and was extremely rude and condescending and constantly rolled her eyes at me when she finally decided to get off her phone to come help me. The other employee at the desk who was in training however was extremely kind and understanding of my problem. Other than the management issue, this location is dirty and lacks equipment other locations have. The thermostat is always set to 75 or higher which is extremely uncomfortable. I would avoid this location and go to the Lawrenceville one instead.

This Planet Fitness is extremely restrictive on the trust in its customers and also on what it decides is available to you as a paying customer. I pay for a higher black card membership to have better access to its services and I am not even allowed a free bar pad without having to trade in a personal item. I am not kidding when I say they have set up a bartering system for just a bar pad. This is absolutely ridiculous and is not a rule at other planet fitnesses, for the money I pay for this higher level of membership I should be allowed this simple service. This makes coming here to workout as someone who is trying to get into the gym but is not a pro so would not own their own equipment extremely hard. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of understanding from a staff who claimed that “I should talk with corporate” if I was upset.

I have only been a member at this club for two months and I have seen dozens of issues. The air conditioning was out for a whole week, the women's bathrooms are always out of order ( not just one of them but all the restrooms), they have cut their hours, and they don’t even have many basic machines like a stairstepper. This club clearly doesn’t care about member experience and is too cheap to provide basic necessities such as plumbing that works, which you wouldn’t think would be too much to ask.

Great clean gym however it's really annoying when your doing the 30 minute express and people walk over and use one of the machines as your trying to go in order. They put up a sign to tell people this and they ignore it anyway and none of the staff actually enforce it. So great clean gym just wish I could actually do the full 30 minute express workout.

The gym is lacking equipment that every other PF has. I am guessing the owner does not care or is too frugal to invest into the equipment. The TRX station is below par. There are no TRX bands, not many kettle bells and barely any resistance bands. There are no Stair Masters at this location. Not even one. Which is an essential at any gym. Even nice apartment gyms have at least one stair master. There are only 3 Smith squat racks. Which is a nightmare to deal with when it's super busy. I have yet to see a Planet Fitness with less than 4 squat racks. There are no water rowers or rowing machines. The locker rooms are small and the layout is odd.Overall the gym needs some updating. Most of the staff seems like they dread being there. I get it, they're young and could care less. But it wouldn't hurt them to smile and be pleasant. It really seems like an ownership issue. If the owners don't care about attending to the needs of their customers, then the staff isn't gonna care either. There's so many complaints on these reviews about equipment and staff, yet the ownership just gives generic replies and does nothing to improve the gym. To the owners, please be better.

For the price you pay, I think the deal is good. They upgraded the facility a year ago or so and it is nicer. I like how the equipment is more spaced out than some of the other planet fitness locations. Has everything I need. Feels clean and the other members who come to work out do a good job of keeping it clean as well. Respectful people who work out there. I feel more comfy there than at LA fitness.

The gym itself is small but fine, but why do they keep it so hot inside? When I was there two days ago the thermostat was on 75, way too hot for inside a gym.

Such a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is respectful and mindful of their own workouts. I feel very safe and empowered to exercise here.

I love it! Huge place, nice locker room and the staff are super nice. For $10 a month, you can't beat it!
