Rude staff. Specially the young mixed lady with curly blondish hair. Stays on her phones then just glares at you when you ask questions. I try to avoid her at all cost. Would highly suggest going to another planet fitness if you can. This is just the closest one for me... sucks really

Management should vet employees more. This gym used to be more sophisticated and clean. Certain employees are taking away from customer experience. I guess my expectations are too high for such a cheap gym. Get what you pay for.

The mixed young lady behind the desk with the curley red hair is RUDE and unfriendly. I came into the gym and she didn't speak and she was staring at me as I logged in, I went and changed my things and as I thought about it, I decided to leave and work out at a different Planet fitness because she killed my vibe from Ever working out at this location. As was leaving she then spoke to say have a nice day and I didn't respond to her she could see I was upset then she laughed. Smh

I would leave 5 stars however it is usually hot in the building and very humid in the building especially when it rains. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 74°. Usually gyms are set below 70°. It would be great if they could lower the temperature.

Don't forget to cancel before you move or they will absolutely screw you and offer no help. They continued to charge me for three months after I sent in a cancelation letter. When I called in they said they didn't receive it and claimed I checked in at one recently, which is an outright lie. There are none close to me, I live in a different state and I have a different gym I now attend that is much better. The manager refused to work with me at all to cancel my membership even though I did what their employees said to do MONTHS ago. Absolutely trash customer service. He also would not give me corporate's number and basically said he was the only one that could do anything and he refused to help. You want proof of cancelation.. well here you go, CANCELED AS OF 2/10/2022 -AYZIA

It can be crowded at times but compared to others when crowded, you can actually get a somewhat decent workout in.They could improve by keeping the showers clean or improving the locker rooms altogether. All in all, this is my home gym and my preferred gym location.

They won't give me a key tag to sign in. The app won't let me get a barcode to sign in easily. Everytime I sign in with my phone number, the staff seems annoyed. The staff is generally unfriendly. The gym is always hot especially in the summer or any season when it rains. It was ~32 F this morning when I went in at 6:30 am and the temp in the gym is above 72 F. That is hotter than my house. Now it's summer time and the air conditioning had been out multiple times. The women's restroom had been closed frequently. They don't have much equipment, just cardio equipment and a few other things. The treadmills will not let you type in a speed and you have to hold the up or down button to get to your desired speed... not great and slightly dangerous when you are doing intervals. They do not have free weight bars for squats/bench. They only have Smith-type machines, but the issue is that the bar does not travel straight up and down, only at angle, which I have heard is poor form and can cause injuries. What can you expect for ~$13.50 (monthly fee + yearly fee / 12)?

Customer service at this gym is poor. Employees are rude, unhelpful, lazy, and arrogant. There are 2 dudes that are ok, but the rest of them are pathetic. I put up with it because it’s cheap. Will try to stay for 3 more month then I’m finding another gym. I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s a small gym. I’ve been to other planet fitness and this isn’t to bad. Staff keeps the machine clean and sometimes welcoming. It gets crowed on certain days. It would be nice to add more machines and have some updates.
