at 58 I was not sure this would help my joint trouble in hip and back . Received positive results after 1st session. Red Cord has really helped my mobility. You've got to try it for at least 5-times. You will see positive results. My wife tried it too and it has helped her even after broke hip. It definitely helps core strength

This is where I go for my physical therapy. Wow what an amazing teacher, Heidi has introduced me to the red rope. It is truly one of kind in teaching me about muscles, how to improve each, as well as use each muscle. After my fall, my body was actually sprung through out my spine, arms, neck and hands. With this therapy, I have been able to improve my movements. As I get stronger, My goal is to go into Pilates / Yoga. The Studio is very pleasant, clean, calm, and friendly. Highly reccomended.

I go to Vitality for physical therapy and dry needling and have recommended it to several people. Heidi is great at what she does and always gives me thorough, easy to understand information about what she is doing and how it will help. I also did a few pilates sessions one on one that were great.

I had never done Pilates before and it was my good fortune to be recommended to Vitality Method. The teachers are wonderful in taking you slowly and building up your abilities without straining or overextending you. After a year, I can feel a real difference in my body flexibility and strength. If you're thinking of joining a Pilates studio this is it. Great people and equipment!!

Great place for an awesome workout! Joel keeps the workouts interesting and fun. He is all about keeping good form and avoiding injuries. I have back problems and he makes sure that I don't do anything that would be detrimental to my spine. The atmosphere of the studio is always welcoming and inclusive and I have never felt intimidated by the staff or clients. If you are looking for an all around body transformation, then Pilates is the way to do it and Vitality Method Studio is the place to get it done.

I've been doing Pilates twice a week for about 4 months -- and I'm amazed with the results! I'm over 50, and work 60 hour weeks -- and thought flexibility was a thing of the past. What I love about Pilates is I'm more flexible than I've been since my 20's - I've lost inches off all my trouble spots (and they are many!) -- increased my strength and balance - and just feel so much better after each session that I know I can't live without it. My core is strengthened and my clothes are hanging off me. And this is a no judgement zone - with incredible support -- I'm not a small person by any stretch of the imagination and have tried many 'gyms' -- this isn't a gym - it's a place where you will find what you need to get healthier, stronger, and happier with your body!

Love, Love, Love Vitality Method. I have been attending Pilates Mat Classes for a little over a year. Saturday morning at 8AM offers "rotating" instructors which keeps the workout very interesting and gets my Weekend off to an energized start! The VM Studio offers a wide range of classes and the atmosphere is upbeat, happy, and supportive. I leave there feeling that I've done something wonderful for my brain and body!
