The only gym that transforms you from the inside out! The most important part of my fitness journey was learning to take care of my body as an act of worship. I’m forever grateful to Shawn and his team for loving me right where I’m at, for praying for me and with me, and for caring more about my spiritual life than my wallet. FC180 is a refuge for the broken and a family that will lead you to Jesus, and help put you back together. You will know you’re loved the second you walk through the door, because you are, and because we’ve already been praying for you. ♥️

FitCamp 180 is a wonderful gym. So many caring people ready to help you the minute you walk through the door. The owner is so caring and friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable and so helpful. From the office manager to the trainers, friendliness will greet you. I love the fact that God is prevalent in this wonderful gym.

This place is amazing! If you have you been looking for a gym that motivates you, challenge you and God loving. FitCamp180 is for you. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and my family. The trainers are very supportive and pushes me to be great! This place has been life changing for me! I actually look forward to getting my workout in. They have pushed me physically, when my mind wants me to give up, they have challenged me spiritually, and spoken words I so desperately needed to hear at the perfect time, and they've given me the feeling of community. The trainers are so welcoming and friendly - it took me a little bit to get comfortable, but that's my personality and now there's always someone pushing me one more rep, one more step and even getting down and finishing alongside me (S/O to Jordan)!I've also been converted to an AM-er due to hot Oklahoma summers and scheduling conflicts, and I will say I don't hate it. The energy in the morning is just what I need to get my day started.

I've never been more healthy or in shape like have since joining Fitcamp. You find community, connection, success, it's such a special place. I workout with my future husband all the time and it's so fun for us, It's helped me start "shedding for the wedding" I can't say enough good things about this place. I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do at the gym it's all planned for me when I arrive, this is huge for me. I've tried things I never would of on my own, and it's helped me to have more agility, energy, and speed on the tennis court, more so now in my 30s then when I was 18! Give Fitcamp a chance, you'll love it!

What can I say about this place? Since stepping foot into this place my life has never been the same. I have become a better friend, co- worker and a better person because of this place. Where can you go and get the BEST workout, meet the BEST people and grow closer to Christ? No-where!!! This is a place where life change happens! If you have not tried FirCamp-180 out, go...like NOW. I promise you will not regret it!

Fitcamp 180 isn’t like other gyms. It’s a community of people that care for one another. We give and receive encouragement from trainers and more important your peers. I have never found a gym that made fun as part of the program. I love this place and the people in it.

This place is a gym, but not a gym. The people are kind and friendly and WELCOMING 🙏I've been overweight & outta shape most of my life. I was super nervous to walk in the door...everyone & I mean everyone encouraged me, cheered me on & I love it here!!! You. Will. Too. Pinky promise.

I’ve never found anywhere quite like this place. The workouts are the best you can find, but this place doesn’t just give you a good workout. They help you find your reason for working out.The team pours out genuine love to everyone that walks though the doors. It’s more than a gym, and that’s what makes it the best gym.

I’ve attended gyms all over the state and there is no place like FitCamp180. The workouts are intense and effective for sure. It goes so much deeper though. The staff love the people with their entire being. The people (clients) welcome, encourage and help newbies like they are employed by the place. Wait - there’s more. They also praise Jesus here!
