The most amazing workout facility I've ever been a member of. A true fitness family. They are just interested in your spiritual "fitness" as your physical fitness. Encouraging and accepting of you right "where you are" in your journey to health and wellness. It is like no other place!

Love this place . If you've never worked out or if you worked out your entire life this will push you. I have never worked out in my life I'm in the best shape of my life I am down 35 lb and I feel stronger than ever. I am convinced I will go into my 40s and much better shape than I ever went into my 30s thank you guys

Absolutely the best gym we have been to. Very helpful with workouts. The trainers have lots of energy throughout the workout. Very friendly and supportive. And the gym dog Jackson is the best part. anyone who is a bit scared or embarrassed to start. Please give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed. They do not judge anyone. And neither do any of the current members.. They will make you feel comfortable and at ease...Everyone is soooooo Friendly.
