Machines are clean and kept in maintenance. Only complaint so far is the lockers suck, half the time you use them they won't reopen without getting a counter person to help you. All lockers need to be reset every other day.

I've had a Planet Fitness black card membership for three or four consecutive years. But today I went in and tried to bring a plus one with me. Now I have to download an app and jump through hoops. To use what once was a simple showing of an ID. I have canceled my membership and will never return. And anyone that would want to go there I will convince them to go somewhere else. I can't speak anymore poorly of this new method of bringing a plus one. What if we didnt have phones or internet. Good job on excluding people that are struggling from using the services they have paid for. -5stars

Was charged a late fee because my card info was allegedly incorrect. Which makes no sense how they were able to charge me that, with incorrect billing info lol. Won the chargeback, due to staff and management not being able to reverse the charge. However, very unhappy.

There are a lot of positives about this gym, like they are clean but also unfortunately there are some negatives too. There's a lot of equipment missing that is found at other gyms, like a standing calf raise machine. They try to be "all inclusive" and no bullying, but they have sayings all over their walls that are super judg-y. Also, there is a sign on the women's bathrooms saying NO spaghetti strap shirts as part of their dress code, well one day I saw a young girl of maybe 13 or 14 literally working out in a bralette and skintight women's boxer shorts. COMPLETELY inappropriate. I went up the the front desk to ask if they have a dress code and was told "no, but don't wear anything too intimidating"... what does that even mean!?!?

I love Planet Fitness, it's such a great place for everyone, whatever your fitness needs. They have so many cardio machines, a 30 minute full body circuit training room, in addition to the free weights and exercise machines. You can sign up for group personal training. And if you have a Black card membership, like I do, you get to enjoy massage chairs, tanning beds, hydromassage beds and more. And the price is so affordable! Totally recommend!!!

I like the gym, I like how they have a lot of cardio machines, and I like the lockers that are self locking. The only reason they’re getting a 3 star is because if your looking to take a hot shower after a work out you will not find it there. I already tried 4 times in the woman’s locker room and all 4 times it’s the coldest water ever. And I was told to let it run first cause it warms up but guess what it doesn’t. Don’t look forward to that.

When are the hours going to change? I canceled 24 hr to come here because was closer to me and then they changed their hours. I would have never done that had I known they wouod change their hours. Sat and Sun day close at 7pm is lame. Even the 10 pm rest week is pretty short, but better than 7 pm. Was told temporary due covid yet still remains.

Such a clean environment. Staff are helpful and nice. Equipment is well maintained. The crowd-o-meter helps me avoid peak hours and crowds. Aqua massage chairs are fabulous!

The gym is decent but it definitely needs to go back to 24 hours. It's too crowded in the evenings. It's also a hassle to bring a plus one. I was also really annoyed that I had to install the app when we signed up. There was no way around it. I just saved a screen shot of the QR code and removed the app right away. The only time that's ok to go is during weekday mornings which kinda sucks cause I can only go if I have the day off. If I try going in the evenings, it's too crowded and feels a bit overwhelming

There’s always a friendly face at desk to help out! Cleaning stations are always stocked, and I constantly see them going around refilling them, as well as cleaning the perimeter, machines are clean as well as they look almost if not new!Bathrooms are clean, i recommend getting the black card because the massage beds and chairs are absolutely worth it, plus you can bring a friend to work out with you and suffering with friends makes everything better
