It is great that everyone wants to get into fitness but when everyone wants to get into fitness at the same time and there is no room in the gym that sucks I had to leave early yesterday and finish my workout at home lots of people on their phone lots of people just sitting on the machines sitting on the bench I get it not everyone's into fitness to the max but for those that go there to focus and get a workout in it's kind of frustrating when young people go and just sit on their phone and talk on the benches. But when it's is not busy it's a great place to work out

The gym is exceptionally clean and tge staff friendly and professional. A special.shout out to Tracy at the front desk-she is one of the main reasons I drive 18 minutes to come to Panet Fitness. She has always been courteous, professional and helpful. When she isn't at the front desk, she is vacuuming and cleaning up around the facility. She deserves a raise!!!

I joined PF because I travel a lot for work and there are more locations than most gyms. Be warned the cancellation process dates back to the 90s. If you can’t go to the location where you signed up (I’m 1500 miles away), you have to write a letter requesting to cancel and send it via post. It’s 2022 - time to embrace paperless and stop trying to screw your customers by making it difficult to move on.

Used to love coming to this gym with about 10 friends after work. We would come at 1am and have the place to ourselves. Then the pandemic struck and their hours changed. Not really understanding how forcing everyone to go at the same time was safer than spreading out across the entirety of the day. We will definitely return if and when they return to 24hours.

It's an okay gym to workout in, they have everything you need to get and stay fit. Cleanliness could definitely be better, you can often see the top of machines covered in dust. Closing at 7pm on weekends is absurd, should definitely be open later.

I, too, miss the 24 hour schedule they had pre-covid. Closing at 7 in weekends is WAY too early. Other than that the staff are very friendly, it's clean, and there are plenty of machines. I have the black card membership and it included the massage chairs and hydrotherapy bed (along with tanning and a couple other amenities) so I always end my workout with one of these and listen to relaxing music or do a meditation. But yes when they go back to 24 hours 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I will be incredibly grateful.

Absolutely NEVER join this gym!!!. I don't know from where to start to complain about this "RIDICULLOUS GYM". I just become a member in this gym and I was told that I have a lots of space to lift weights while I'm working out. And I was waiting 20 minutes the other day to see an empty spot. As well the restroom are always full with people so mess. I would not recommend this gym ever it's a horrible one, and it's so small inside too. Don't waste your money!!! in HORRIBLE "Planet Fitness" PLZ.

Without a doubt the VERY BEST gym I have ever belonged to… I’ve been a member of 24 hr/ family fitness, crunch, and several other gyms for my entire adult life. This is the most friendly, clean, updated, great workout options, assortment of classes and again CLEAN!!!I could’ve happier with $22 a month you get full access to all amenities, which are many and diverse!Thank you Planet Fitness!The staff is so friendly and they take the time to get to know your name and welcome you in person before you check in! Most gyms you are an annoyance when checking in, here they seem genuinely happy to welcome you. The management does an outstanding job of setting the expectations and the team does an outstanding job of executing them.Thank you for making me always feel welcome and important.You’re the best and you should be proud!!!

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's never too crowded. The cleanliness. And the fact that all members respect and honor social distancing and also disinfect their equipment once they are done using it. All in all it's a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. And I love the variety and quantity of equipment offered there. Never have to wait for one. So glad I joined!!

Were they helpful when asked? Was their attitude generally positive?5/5.Cleanliness / neatness (windows, floors, equipment, bathrooms).4.9/5...very clean facilities....they were cleaning equipment while I was there.Paper towels / sprays / bathrooms stocked:5/5Equipment availability / maintenance / quality:4.3/5. Plenty of everything, w/ 5 cybex bench/squat machines.No laydown tanning. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard.Recommendations:- Stand alone pull up bar- Dumbbells from one pound to 10- Calf stretch board- masseuse for extra fee
