Traveling around the US, have been to a lot of Planet Fitness, this one is a larger facility, numerous giant fans all running counterclockwise to push the air down which is the correct way, clean facility, did not see any machines that were broken, male and female bathrooms were clean.We came in on a Tuesday at about noon and there were maybe 20 people, not crowded at all. Music is at a nice normal level and not overly loud like other Planet Fitness facilities.If I lived in the area, this would be my permanent Planet Fitness facility. When we checked in there was one guy at the counter, white guy with glasses, very polite and funny. Good representation of the gym.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean facility and an all around great place to exercise. I am glad I joined this location.

A wide variety of fitness equipment that is always well maintained . The y also keep the entire facility very clean and the members themselves also do their part to help keep everything clean.

Planet fitness is THE gym to go to. There’s no pressure to lift the planet or compete with muscle heads. Add to that the abundance of equipment and different approaches to fitness, and the extra friendly staff. Completely blown away

Went to 24hourfitness for 3 years before the shutdowns.it was ok. Once pandemic started opening up i enrolled at PF in lakeside. Big difference in every way.price is much better,equipment is great and they have every thing you could need

Only been a member for a short time but really enjoy it. Lots of machines and equipment and a very helpful staff.It has always been kept clean but with all the Covid craziness they work extra hard to make it safe!

I have tried to cancel my membership 4x’s and they keep charging my account. I went once in person to cancel the membership. I noticed they kept charging my debit card so i called in 3 other times. every time i call they tell me that a supervisor will call me back to confirm that it was handled & i never hear from them again.I had to have my bank put a stop payment for this merchant.this place is fraudulent.

Called to find out when they where going to open back up to 24 hours and the person at the front desk didn't know. I asked to talk to the manager and the person at front desk said "why they will tell you the same thing I'm telling you". I got to talk to the manager and was told me that they haven't made enough money back to open 24 hours. One of the main reasons that I went her was because of them being open 24 hours. They open at 5 am now and that is when I have to leave for work and after work is crowded. I am not sure what I am going to do but I am leaning towards canceling my membership.

If you’re military do not go here or sign up any of your loved ones. They will not support cancelling a membership unless you show up in person or have them send you a letter. If you have any emergency come up where you can’t mail a letter or come in person they will not hear it. The manager himself stated such. I was just cancelling my wife’s membership after she was very sick and we left the state on orders and it was a nightmare dealing with the manager. I asked to have him transfer the memberships to the local PF and he did not. The local one had to do it when I came in person today. I wasn’t going to cancel my membership but after being treated as such now myself and all my family members cancelled theirs. One bad apple can ruin a bunch, be careful who you hire PF.
