I usually get a good workout in. I have no complaints other than the huge fan above the stair machines. I start to get a runny nose and get sick cause of the wind from the fan. I really wish they would turn it off

Staff inappropriately looking at visitors. I mean at least judge someone with a fake smile.If you ever wanted to know the community is like, go to place like the gym and you'll realize it's not as friendly as city's slogan dictates.

I've have to make a reviewI lowered a star due to bad customer service from a guy named Paris.June 13 at 11:48 I asked him for more disinfectant because several bottles were empty.He sent me to get disinfectant from another place, I ask him, please to give me more and he turned around kicking a dust pan and a Broom.I asked for his name and he gave me a nother name, I asked another kid at the counter.Several equipment is not functional,(another star gone) and there's only one or two of them, on top of that we have to deal with bad attitude.

As far as a planet fitness goes It's good, they are on it and have the place clean. The lot has security that passes by every now and then but I still wouldn't trust to park in a dark corner.

Great place for a work out. They need to fix a couple machines- overall great exp. One huge draw back is people constantly on their phones and taking up machines that many need. I have to wait 15 mins or more on some machines. Don't use machines to txt - or browse anything you are taking valuable time from us. I have abiut 60 mins to get in and out and uts taking me 90+ not cool

I went today to workout and I found out that I owed $20.00 in late fees!!! One from last month and the other from last July… When I check in this guy Javier tell me those fees were caused by my financial institution because they delayed it to process the payment… so I explained that I don’t have control over how and when my payments will be processed by my bank but he offered to reduced $10.00 and then I told him is going to happen again because is something out of my control so I asked to cancel my membership SO GUYS BE AWARE OF THIS LATE FEES IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT BUT SADLY I CAN’T KEEP IT… I got an email from planet fitness to address this issue but there’s no 1 800 customer service number each gym is an independent franchise… so how I’m going to get a solution in my gym I don’t think so

Was busy but people don't wipe equipment when down. So many different equipment were broke, out of order, tore, and raggedy. Showers were cold, no toilet paper in stall, dirty showers, they just spray and rinse, dirty musty mop the ladies rest room, garbage cans overflowing. One time is enough for me. ✌️

Canceled membership on July 12, 2022. Planet Fitness still charge me 10 dollars on July 17. I called to inquire, they told me I have to cancel by the 10th of the month, cuz that was how their bill cycle works. However, I did not got informed when I signed up for the membership (who gonna freaking read pages of the membership agreement if it stated in there?! And of course the staff would not go through the contract with you, since you do all the sign up through their apps.). When I canceled on July 12th, the staff also did not tell me anything about the $10 charge due to the bill cycle thing, and now, it make me feel like Plannet Fitness intentionally making the member not aware of the billing cycle date, so that they may be able to charge you one more month if you dont know their cut off date - the 10th monthly. $10 is not a lot, but it just makes me feel that Planet is not very transparent and sort of sneaky about the payment.Best,

I don’t go this location and haven’t in awhile but I went yesterday and it’s was BAD. The restroom were were gross, the mirrors looked like someone hasn’t cleaned them in awhile, and it seemed like something was growing under the dryer it. Lots of dust everywhere and the equipment needed some work done on them I was scared that the leg press was going to fall on me any minute even with the breaks on. All the trash cans were filled past the brim and I didn’t see any of the workers on the floor sanitizing or cleaning the equipment as they should be doing.

This location is roaming with thieves and violence. Becareful of your surroundings the males in the gym followed me around as I tried to work out and it made me feel uncomfortable there is no safety. Your car will get robbed. Location is very dirty and staff is lazy just sitting around chatting on their phones. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED LATE FEES FUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENT STAFF NOT KNKWING HOW TO FO THEIR JOB AND COSTING ME MONEY. They expect guests to be cleaning crew. I have never seen any staff sweeping wiping machines at least making it seem like they are working. Many machines out of order and never fixed. The restrooms are nasty smells like sewer and the sink for washing hands is never working.And never seen it being wiped down.always have spashes of water all over.You get what you pay for. I will be taking my good money to a gym that values my business.
