DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE OR SIGN ANYTHING THEY CLAIM IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST. this company is unprofessional. I say my concerns and titus calls me and says “stop slandering my name” WHEN I SAID FACTS TO CORPORATE. it’s ridiculous and unprofessional. YOU DO NOT CALL CLIENTS AND SAY THAT. so unprofessional. THEY TOOK like 1000s of dollars from me that will help me for college. i have no money for books or ANYTHING. DO NOT EVEN COME HERE. it’s ridiculous. I feel sorry for everyone that has falled for their scam. Hopefully one day the govt shuts down this company.

Equipment always out of service, ppl always on they’re cellphone doing nothing taking up equipment, takes forever to get a chance to use the machine that we need to useAnd they took away paper towels not allowing ppl to clean the equipment.

Nice place but way way way way way overpriced I’m paying 50 dollars a month and paid 100$ off the bat and get this I don’t even have a guest pass FOR 50$ a month no guest pass are you kidding me and I can go to any other gym and get charge less then this and still have a guest pass this is outrageous

It says ESPORTA online, as well as on the staff short but when you come with your ESPORTA membership they tell you that they are LAFitnress and you need to pay $10 per person to come in, even though I have ESPORTA membership with free guest option. I am new to area and I drove to that location for over 20 min and got turned down by front desk girl in ESPORTA shirt for having ESPORTA membership. Isn’t that ridiculous!?Disappointing experience

I locked my key in my gym locker cause I’m dumb but karina and Julian saved the day, I felt so bad coming from someone who works at L.AFitness myself but they completely understood and we finally got the locker open, they did not give up! 3 lock cutters later, thanked them so much!!

Awful Salespeople, 0 stars. The salespeople laugh in your face. I came in to workout with a member and signed in, but before I could walk in, the sales attendant asked me why I won’t join E-Sporta. He immediately pushed rates and talked about waiving a fee if I sign up. Upon the answer being No, he asked if I have a Planet Membership & as my work pays for my membership I answered him and said yes. He proceeded to laugh in my face— this condescending sales tactic is exactly why I like planet. Terrible

I got the 3 day FREE guest pass and when I was leaving the PT director told me the 2nd day they would make you pay $20. They are extremely pushy and I would read the other reviews with the guess pass. The employees are liars but on the website it says 3 day FREE guest pass. I would avoid, seems very dishonest.
