The gym is honestly in rough shape. A lot of their machines are not working and it is EXTREMELY dirty. Titus, a personal trainer/manager??, is very pushy and does not respect people’s space. I had him call me numerous times to try and get me to get a membership. Very unprofessional. Also, you cant bring guests anymore.

Been going for years. A lot of the aerobic equipment upstairs does not work properly. TV works but electronic board doesn't and vice versa. They need to service them or get new machines. I may be looking into Planet Fitness and several of my friends as well.

Titus - the GM was really helpful and approachable when I had questions about personal training. He was flexible with pricing and building a schedule that might work for me and my availability.

Shut down the basketball courts twice in 2 months then found out they are taking the basketball courts out... had to cancel my membership due to this...no difference between this gym and the planet fitness in the same parking lot if you can't trust them to keep the amenities that you signed up for....they say it's a safety thing yet they don't monitor their own courts instead keep 3 employees sitting at the front desk area chit chatting .... Very disappointing experience(going to miss playing bball with the great group of players that they had going there)

I HATE the workers, their customer service is so rude and everything is always breaking. The guys are extremely rude and make things uncomfortable. The only people their that are nice and actually helpful are the janitors.

I came in first time the place looks clean and well kept had some trouble with the memberships and guest pass but Moises helped us out and even gave us a trial to see if we like the place and overall really liked the customer service and the place looks clean and the people are really respectful

I have a good experience at west Dundee. I love the gym equipment and working with Trainer Kevin. I always have a great workout. He has done a great job helping me out with my health and stay in good shape.

Joined so I can swim. Did 30 min the hot tub. Place was getting busy very clean. Have to bring a lock and your on towel. Took a class hard time finishing.
