The pool is warm and not too deep for kids. The swim instructors are patient, friendly and have good techniques. Moreover, the swim class duration is longer compared to other facilities which I feel is the main reason for giving 5 stars.

The staff is very helpful and make you feel welcome. The building has been updated quite a bit. The locker rooms look and feel great with a modern appearance. I truly enjoy coming here.

Since I’ve rejoined the gym with the new improvements, it’s been great! The lifting area is much bigger and I did a session with the trainer Mike and he was very informative/helpful with my goals for my workout journey.

We hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday at the Pinnacle pool and Nycole and team were absolutely fabulous! The day was perfect. The children had the entire pool to themselves. Nycole helped set up the food / entertaining area. She was super responsive and attentive — she met the pizza delivery person for us and helped take down the party at the end as well. We were able to actually enjoy the party instead of running around crazy. The kids LOVED the pool and were so tired after. They had access to all the pool toys — sinking toys, noodles, boogie boards, you name it. Two lifeguards made sure everyone was safe and flowing the rules. Lots of cannon balls and fun. This was easily one of the best birthday parties we’ve ever hosted. Thanks so much to Pinnacle and Nycole especially for a wonderful day!

I notice on previous reviews it's mentioned about the staff and how clean the gym is, so I won't address that as I agree. I was very impressed how the gym reopened when covid hit. The protocols put in place were easy to follow and the staff was accommodating with any questions. Also, the members were respectful towards each other and that says a lot about the gym and its members.I love the policy for reserving swim lanes and the feedback from other members about swim lanes been positive.

The variety of classes (including aquatics) is what attracted me to pinnacle a little over 2 years ago. I have not been disappointed. The instructors are all great, the staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. There are options for virtual classes, as well as a library of recorded classes for those days that I just can't get to the gym. Great fitness center for the whole family!
