We had a very humiliating experience here. They “temporarily” (for probably at least a year now) relocated the kids clubhouse downstairs to a tiny room next to the pool. They then decided it would be great to put new rules in place stating that no child can be in the clubhouse longer than 1 hour and that if 1 babysitter is present, no more than 5 children are allowed in. If 2 babysitters are present, I believe the max is 7 or 8 children. So, this translates to if you pack up your kid(s) and come to work out and the clubhouse is full, you have to turn around and go home. So, continue giving them your money, but you are not welcome to use the facility THAT YOU ARE PAYING TO USE. I actually witnessed a woman being turned away with her daughter and it was kind of shocking. My husband took 1 of our children to the clubhouse on a Saturday. His class runs over 1 hour and when he exited his class, a dreadful fitness instructor was waiting for him. She immediately began publicly scolding him about how his kid was in the clubhouse longer than an hour and that he couldn’t do that and that our child needed to be picked up now. She then went ahead of him and waited at the clubhouse for him and just watched him as he collected our child. He said he felt like a criminal and felt very foolish. I raised the issue with staff and they did absolutely nothing. No one reached out, no one apologized, nothing. This entire issue is because construction is delayed by about two years and they have no real babysitting space at the moment. Construction delays fall under the category of not my problem. I don’t know how they decided it would be good to punish the members that pay to be there because construction is so behind. I have decided to cancel my membership. I don’t feel comfortable there anymore.

I really think the team here does a great job of providing a clean environment with quality classes and great customer service. I'm consistently surprised and impressed with their incorporation of what's on trend from programs like TRX, barre, small group fitness etc. I frequently use the babysitting service in the mornings and Kim and Darlene are caring and experienced moms who I trust my children with.I'm also very impressed with the administrative response when I've suggested or inquired about ways to improve their facility and operations. The team is always addressing issues and concerns with care.

Pinnacle has been a wonderful facility. But off late, I have been having some bad experience with them. They opened the club in Mid June and decided to bill their customers. However, my many phone calls to the front desk to cancel or suspend my membership was never answered. They first billed for the whole month (Even though the club was apparently open for half a month only). After some email exchanges - They refunded half month.BUT, i had asked them to cancel or suspend my membership as we are still not ready to hit the Gym again. I have asked for a full refund and since then I have exchanged atleast half a dozen emails. And I have not gotten the refund. It is getting a little frustrating now. Anyone having a bad experience now ? Especially during a rough time with Pandemic and job loses it's does not make sense.. I need my refund and my membership suspended.

My children have gone to the SMILE Summer Camp at Pinnacle Health and Fitness for 2 years and we are so happy with our experience here. Especially this summer with covid-19, I know it was a not an easy decision to open, but the team has done a great job in opening safely, taking all the necessary precautions, and providing much needed relief for working parents and their isolated children. My children come home every day happy and excited to go back the next, even asking to be dropped off earlier than usual. The counselors keep them active and engaged in so many fun activities, both indoors and out. It's clear they take their responsibility of caring for the kids seriously and I trust my children in their care, which is more important now than ever before. Would definitely recommend SMILE Summer Camp to other families. Grateful for Darlene, Thomas, and the whole team of counselors for giving my kids a safe and fun summer!

Pinnacle Health and Fitness is by far the best facility I have had the pleasure of joining. There is a wide array of classes offered for all skill levels, and I'm so excited to see what the future holds with the completion of the renovations. This is one of the only gyms I have joined where I feel like the staff, teachers, and trainers really and truly care about my health and overall well-being. There is something here for anybody and I'm so glad to have found a place like Pinnacle!

Have been a member for 2+ years. Have had memberships at various clubs over the years and Pinnacle definitely rates among the best. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. The renovations have been inconvenient for sure but well worth the wait. The new equipment and free weight area is fantastic and spacious. Highly recommend!

Love the pool the best. I love swimming laps and also doing the aqua aerobics classes when they used to have them! Now, I swim laps three times a week for an hour each time and also do some aerobics with the aqua dumbbells. The pool is clean and refreshing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They send a lap schedule every Friday so you can book lanes for the next week. We are socially distanced with lap lanes and chairs to put your belongings. They have signs for one-way walking through the building and around the pool. They are good with keeping everything clean and safe.

I have been a member of the club for 12 years. The facility has a warm, family feeling environment that makes you want to come back day after day. The instructors make you feel welcome and always willing to answer questions and push you during your workouts. During this time of uncertainty and social distancing, Pinnacle Health and Fitness has gone above and beyond to provide their members with some sense of normalcy. The instructors have worked very hard to provide live, at home workouts that anyone can do with whatever equipment they have. As a member that frequents the facility at least 5-6 times a week, having this option has been a tremendous relief and outlet. And during this, they have suspended all billing for memberships. Another highlight of the club is certainly the babysitting. When I had my second child, he had a very difficult time with separation. Miss Darlene worked with me everyday to address the separation anxiety and in no time at all, I was able to leave him. Her patience, as well as all of the team members, goes unmatched. It is truly a gym like no other!

I found Pinnacle through a friend who lives in the area and was honestly really surprised everyone I knew didn’t go there. Pinnacle’s community is one of the most helpful and welcoming gym experiences I’ve had. The whole motto of Pinnacle is to reach “your personal best” which has always been so encouraging. I came to the gym to get my “beach body” back, but honestly the classes are so fun and so community building, I really just started to love working out. I was never the girl who would “just go run” or “just got work out” for fun, and now I find myself waking up at 9 on a Saturday to go swim some laps. The best part of the gym is probably the availability of the pool. The pool itself is always a peaceful and CLEAN environment, which makes it the best place to relieve stress and get some mental quiet. Couldn’t recommend Pinnacle enough. Shout out to the Front Desk staff that always greets me with a smile and a friendly “hello!”
