Other than its size, the gym is great. Going anytime between 5-7 PM isn't worth it imo tho. Just due to the size, almost everything is occupied around those times. Other than that, it's great.

Gym has good equipment and machine variety. The associates were a little obnoxious about signups for new people. Made me spray brown everywhere

24 Hour Fitness on Elk Grove Florin Road is meh. This location is fairly small and they close early. All the other 24 hour fitnesses in Sacramento stay open later. This is my least favorite location.

The facility is much cleaner than other ones I’ve visited. The front desk staff are also more welcoming and into their jobs. Typically other receptions (Laguna) are stand off ish. It can get packed at peak times, but doable for the most part. Thumbs up!

Dirty gym. I’ve had a 24 hour membership for several years this place seems to be the dirtiest. Mens locker room looks like it’s never seen a mop, countertops are gross. Staff is either in the managements office chatting it up, or piled up the front sitting, on the computers. All machines have some kind of garbage. Even though you just left and might have forgotten something they make you check in for “liability reasons” if I don’t check out how do they know I left? Even though they literally saw you step out.
