Great. Everything I need for fitness in one place - including a pool. Jessie is a great trainer. She is patient while sretching you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend.

Dillon found to appropriate to send text messages while I'm working and threaten collections via text over $48. Harassing and unprofessional. I'll never put a card on file after they continuously charged a friend of mine months after membership was formally canceled.Dillon was incredibly arrogant. Girl at the counter when I canceled seemed quite concerned that he was texting me and only putting occasionally and incomplete notes in my profile.Facility itself has gone downhill. Leg machines (press/seated curl) barely work. Heavy dumbbells are mostly broken. Haven't added any new lifting stuff in the 18 months I was a member. Glad to be gone.

A great gym for the price. Not recommended for those who complain a lot expecting a place where you could eat off the floor. It's a gym not a daycare. Come in, put in hard work, get out. Has all of the weights and equipment you need.

Needed to cancel my membership because I have moved to another state. I was notified that there is only one person that can do membership cancellations and they don't come in until noon. Didn't matter to the employee that I had already ran out my 2 year contract even. Just no I can't do that...

The newly renovated pool is the only reason I go and I think it's great. They also offer walk in classes(unfortunately most of the variety is offered during the typical work hours), an indoor track (13 laps per mile) and plenty of free weights and machines. When I do go to lift I rarely have to wait (seated row tends to have wait time almost always)

Came to this gym because I was not happy at my last (gym) - worst. decision. ever.I heard good things about this place and liked the fact that they had a pool. So I completed the switch to only realize how outdated the equipment is. I am convinced that most equipment there cane from garage sales!!The owners expanded and bought out a gym which had newer equipment, yet they chose to purchase newer equipment for it - forgetting about this rundown of a place, they have no intentions of fixing this place up.My friends have toured this place and agreed, but this is where things are differ for me. I expressed my displeasure with one of the owners at the facility and talked about switching to the new gym to resolve this. He told me to buy a membership to both; I explained that does not sound logical or financially smart and would prefer one membership. He is insisted I keep this one and go to the new one at a 'discounted rate'.What a joke - money hungry owners who I can not believe people support.

Canceled my membership a year ago after their day care staff left my 2 year old covered in her own feces for an hour without telling me. TWICE. Received a call 6 months ago saying I owed for the past 6 months and they had no paperwork saying I canceled. So I went in and signed a SECOND cancelation form to which I began being charged for my membership again once brought current to cancel for the 2nd time. Had to put a stop payment on them to stop the charges. Receive constant texts and Facebook messages now from the staff threatening to send my cancelled account to collections for a membership I cancelled twice in the past year. They claim they cannot find the paperwork and If I pay half of what I owe they will cancel it. Beware they are scam artists trying to strong arm old members out of money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM!

I am torn on FitnessU. It's a great environment with great staff BUT the equipment is very old and the place is not very clean, ever. Out on the floor there is literally ONLY 2 places for wipes, to wipe down the machines, and they can't ever seem to keep those stocked. It's sad, especially when I walk in and the front desk staff is always on their phones. The whole place together needs an update and I think $24/month is a little too much, especially when you can go join Best Fitness for $10/m and the equipment is newer and the place is always so clean. Don't get me wrong, the hours are great at FitnessU and the pool and sauna are nice to have, but I've only heard horror stories about the pool and the locker rooms are always smelly and gross too. It's a shame they spent so much money to move I-Rock into the facility, how about we spend some money re-doing the whole entire fitness floor and all of the equipment.

Lost my job and had to cancel my membership, and they forced me to pay for another month because the fine print says "30 days notice required." If you are looking for people who actually care about more than your money, don't look here.

FitnessU and iRock Fitness have the most amazing trainers who really do care about your journey for a healthy lifestyle. They are extremely energetic and highly motivated which is very contagious. IRock Fitness offers various classes of High Intensity Interval Training with many different skill levels and classes that run from early morning to late evening. The group class environment are fun and competitive but most of all the class members are very supportive of each other. The best part is that iRock Fitness is teaching our young students with proper workout form and making the classes fun for them so that they can have a good foundation to lead a healthy life.FitnessU is constantly evolving since the new owners and management stepped in. Major improvements were made to the pool for all ages to enjoy individually or with a class. Many group classes are also available which can test your strength and endurance but make it fun while participating in them. A major investment was made to bring in new Life Fitness equipment. No waiting to get on a piece of equipment because there is plenty offered. The free weight area began to see some improvements with new dumbells and plans to expand the area into specific muscle groups. This will allow you to workout more efficiently. Also, they offer daycare services throughout the day for your little ones. FitnessU are able to remove the excuses we all face day to day and offered us plenty of reasons to get in to exercise, what every that may be for you. They are their for you every step of the way on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
