Recently enrolled in Silver Sneakers program...had a one hour personal training consult with Molly. She is very knowledgeable and enjoyed the hints about proper technique with using various machines.

Great variety of equipment. Center is always clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and always will to provide assistance. A true Team environment between employers and employees. And a local-owned business!

Experience has been in the children's swim lessons only, but staff was communicative and helpful. They worked to accommodate schedules and found an awesome instructor who clicked with my shy child immediately.
