Everyone is very friendly and many call you by name, which means they are trying to engage and really making an effort to make you feel like a workout family. There are many exciting things going on all the time.

Make sure you are really happy with the promotion you get. They change them often and once you're in a contract a better deal will inevitably come along. The cancellation fees are outrageous! It would almost cost more to cancel than to continue paying every month. On the plus side all of the employees are very nice.
