Nice gym. Plenty of equipment. Always clean and working. I like the indoor track and pool. The staff is great, and the free training session really got me started right.

The gym was great and this isn't to bash the nice facility they have. I was a member back in 2016 and cancelled my membership because I was moving out of erie . 4 years later I received a call from a debt collector for money owed. It was never communicated ever that I owed them a balance when I closed my account ! I would have payed immediately! Beware!

This is nothing against the staff there, they’ve been wonderful and I’ve felt nothing but welcome in there. However the fact that they have continued charging customers while shut down for the pandemic is pretty low of them. Not to mention the amount of fees the expect to be paid if you want to close your membership down. Honestly, ruined my whole experience here. No consideration for those who are currently laid off or have lost their jobs AGAIN.Not to mention large parts of the gym being unavailable for weeks at a time or not having been open since I joined.I will be canceling my membership as soon as I can afford to.

We liked the swimming lessons for our kids, although the water is a little cold. We started with the group lessons which were good, but now they are taking private lessons with Sarah Riley and she is awesome. She is an excellent teacher and the girls love their lessons. I have noticed a lot of progress, specially for my oldest one.

My husband is handicapped and some areas of the facility could use a update. Backdoor could use a little smoothing for wheelchair access.
