It's ok...You really have to push and push to get them to care. Corporate doesn't seem to take member issues seriously. So far, they have no vision for a post Covid atmosphere.... Machines break and sit unattended for MONTHS!!! It took La Terazza two months to replace an 8 pound weight.

General and local management, as well as sanitary authorities, need to pay close attention to the degree of filth and stubborn grime that permiates many of these gyms, including this.The place is in need of urgent, deep cleaning.Also, with the wide spread use of drugs nowadays, we not only see a lot of homeless people, but many people beginning or already having mental damage. And we see them talking very loudly or acting wird inside locker, sauna, and steam roms, disturbing the peace of others.Therefore, the club needs to enforce existing rules, and stablish new ones in order to keep the peace and order, and avoid personal confrontations and bad experiences.They could frequently remind members about these isuues thru speakers, and posted signs.

This club is complete garbage. I’ve tried to cancel my account several times. They continue to tell me how they are “canceling it” and that I am good. Although I continue to get charged.When I call to ask about it, I got horrible excuses and poor customer service.Go to another gym this place is garbage.

Good gym! Women’s bathroom/showers are clean! I always see the cleaning lady ( Esperanza I believe) tidying up/mopping! A real upgrade from 4/5 months ago!

Place is great. Great/love the staff and equipment is about average but the place is NOT CLEAN. Equipment is never cleaned.I been coming here 6 months and seen them clean maybe 1-2 times(Asian chick did).equipment and the showers are dirtier THAN JAIL showers!💯Great people come here and place is huge just wish they would clean HOURLY! I would even pay more if it was clean!
