Scam artists and thieves. They refuse to contact client about closures so they can keep billing people who can't use their facilities.

4 days notice they were closing. No refunds on our already paid for dues. Was a member for past 5 years and watched it diminish in service, cleanliness and maintenance. No viable alternatives with a pool close to Veneta.

They closed without warning. Been a member since the 90's when it was Courtsport. So sad to see how it was destroyed. Used to be a wonderful place to workout

Yay! Their early open, late one hours are a huge reason I'm a member. Being open until 6 on SAT/SUN is good, kinda wish it was until 7pm, but still good.

Just heard about how one of my friends was treated by an employee at this gym absolutely appalling. You do not want to go to this gym.

Do not go here me and my partner were treated disgracefully by one of the employees here. Shocked that they thinks it’s okay to treat people this way. Would love to speak to a manger as we were not able to.

As a parent of a small child, I'm not a gym person. We got introduced to Elements in West Eugene from taking swim lessons with Park. Park is wonderful with kids. I love that his program is focusing on water safety and building confidence. My daughter was terrified with deep pool that she couldn't touch the bottom. She now is able to dive into the deeper pool to retrieve items and knows to flip on her back to safely recover when she's tired from swimming. I can't speak for the gym equipment and the customer services since I'm not a member. but the pool and locker room are both very kids friendly. I may sign up for membership just so we can continue accessing the pool beyond swim lessons.

Went here today and my partner got threatened by a customer for working out in his “spot” after he wasn’t even in the same room not a big deal we moved and another person tried to workout there and got told to leave as well my partner just said you should probably put weights down or something there just because people aren’t going to know you that’s your spot. I don’t know if the guy was having a bad day but he got extremely aggressive. Said he was going to hurt my partner. not ok stuff. About 10 minutes later we were asked to leave, extremely rudely the girl wouldn’t let us speak completely didn’t care. And said she knew the guy he’s a regular shocked that they think that’s ok. the girl working there really needs to revaluate how she talks to people and how she handles situations. That was beyond terrible.

Just heard of how horrific my sister and her partner were treated at this gym. Whoever the employee is that handled that situation should be fired. My sister is the kindest human being to hear how badly she was treated makes me upset. Definitely canceling my membership.

Overall great gym. New equipment, friendly staff, lots of amenities, clean gym, locker room, and hot tub. Only complaint is that the steam room is always down and the soap in the men's showers is usually out.
