Some of the best owners I’ve experienced working with some various gyms in the area.They offer a clean and positive atmosphere and even give first responders discounts. I was referred by a friend who uses their Salem location and she was so right to point me their way.Stop in and check em out!

Already so much better than when it was Delta. Staff is great, gym is clean, saunas have new benches, and the kids area got some fresh paint too. Excited for what is to come when the remodel is done and new equipment is here!

I had a wonderful time at this gym. I was down helping my grandma and this was my second home. The staff where friendly, the locker rooms where clean, the weights where heavy, 10/10 stars.

My personal trainer, Alex is amazing.He is so knowledgeable about how to help with any kind of fitness need.The staff at West Coast Strength have been so welcoming and kind.Right now the gym is getting a make over. I wanted to acknowledge Jaelyn. She took time last week to show me how to use some of the gym equipment. She is not only very knowledgeable on the equipment but she did a great job of explaining the right way to use in order to get maximum results.

This gym feel like home. Great sense of community with some long time friendly and knowledgeable staff. Megan who runs the childcare is A+. My son loves her. The new ownership is the best in the business. I would 10/10 recommend for any experience level.
