Engage is a terrific Pilates studio that caters to each persons individual needs. My daughter has worked with a few of the instructors, and they’ve all been so knowledgeable. The space is beautiful and provides the perfect environment to practice Pilates.

Engage Pilates is an amazing pilates studios! First and foremost is it a GORGEOUS and tranquil space. Secondly it is an incredible workout.I I came with no reformer experience and feel like I am a pro now after sessions with Elyse, Meg and Cindy! I feel so strong and motivated during my classes. It is very approachable, easy on your body and strengthens your core and muscles! I love it so much and look forward to all of my classes.

Engage Pilates is the best! I absolutely adore this gem of a studio. Over the past several months and after consistent instruction, I have seen so much improvement in my practice and have transformed muscles that I didn't think I could. All instructors are knowledgeable, professional, incredibly skilled, and kind. Cindy and Elyse always listen to client feedback and are continually enhancing the beautiful studio.

I love Engage Pilates! They were my first experience with Pilates and the energy of the teachers have made me fall in love. The studio is always so clean and cheery. As a college student I always make sure I schedule classes at Engage when I am home and it always reinvigorates my love for Pilates.Also, they have reformers with towers which add so many things to using the reformer and can be hard to find at studios.

The decor of the studio is bright, clean, and peaceful. Everyone is wonderful and incredibly kind. The classes are fun and the instructors take care to tailor each class to the individuals in the group. Every class is a lovely intimate experience that leaves me feeling stronger and taller. So happy to have found this great place in such a convenient location!

Engage is the best!!! I missed doing Pilates during the pandemic and was thrilled to hear the studio was opening. I have loved every single class that I have been to. Cindy, Elyse, and Cordelia are so good at what they do as well as being incredibly warm and welcoming.
