Great place to work out. Trainers are very professional, humble, and knowledgeable. The management is awesome and I think this is the best gym with an economical price.

I have been going to this location for a few months. There is this service member of the location, Ching Xiong, who may be new to this place, but he is very nice and helpful. He always smiles and keeps the place particularly clean.Also, Keana, another member of the team at this location who is very helpful and attentive the the needs of the gym goers. I am very please with their services.

This gym is always crowded. Good luck going in the evening. Went at 0530 and it’s still crowded. There are people here who hog weight machines by talking too much and rotating on different machines. It’s not your home gym, be courteous! I worked out before work and not lying a guy was on the squats for a whole 40min because he kept rotating to the calf raise machine. I hope he sees this because he thinks he’s such an important guy…also, the weights barely ever get re-racked here, there is bad etiquette all around..

I wish I can give zero stars. Worst gym ever, the pool water is always dirty. Management doesn’t care about anything. The machines needs to be greased very well.

They ask you for $1 downAnd don’t tell you or ask you anything.They choose plan for you without telling or asking you and they choose expensive one because, they think you are the richest person in world.They even don’t tell you to cancel after 7 days if you dont want to keep plan.Coustmer service is horrible. They don’t listen to you when you want to cancel or want refund. They are only nice when they need $$$$$ from you.Horrible Experience.

Signed up for a basic membership ($19.95) was charged for a super pass ($49.95) without any notice

my friend and i go there to hoop primarily, as this is one of the few xsports in the chicagoland area that has a court, and recently, staff have been very aggressive, rude, and distrusting of paying members who tend to be younger, POC, and looking to play ball. it is disappointing as there are not that many places to play basketball indoors, and we play 50$ a month, all to be heckled, asked to re-sign in even after we have signed in, and worse. Even if us hoopers playing basketball are in the gym minding our business, staff will come in if they deem the court to be too crowded, demand all the hoopers leave, and then re-sign in.I brought a guest in to the XSport today, as my 50$/mo. membership allows. After the drama of kicking all of the basketball players out of the gym and demanding we re-sign in, my guest left the premises, sensing the discontent. Even after that, an angry staff member doing the most aggressing of us charges back into the gym, demanding that I pay a 20$ day-pass for my guest who has already left the premises to go home.... bc according to her, he can not play basketball as a guest of a paying member (myself). This is the first I have heard of this policy, and even if it is true across all gyms, her aggression and lack of customer service to PAYING members is pathetic.I'll be blunt. If this demographic was white, older, and not playing the sport of basketball, I have an extremely hard time believing staff would treat them the same.Just pathetic, say you don't want us at this gym rather than always try to play the victim. We pay good money, a lot of us are minors, and all we want to do is hoop, and we don't cause trouble.

Equipment is very disorganized, and the bathrooms smell like urine. More cleaning is necessary because this place is very unsanitary. Water fountains have scum buildup 🤢 . I wish they cleaned it up more, as this is the closest gym to my house. After COVID, I would hope they would be more careful since germs and disease can spread quickly.
